This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.

You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms with a large walk in shower in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.

The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.

The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is great for a quiet romantic stay, a family trip to Silver Dollar City, a weekend shopping trip, a trip to the lake or a family gathering for the Holidays. We are always adding things to the condo to make your stay more enjoyable, if we can do something special for your stay, please let us know.

Post grad school get away

The most amazing view and condo I have stayed in. The kitchen is amazing and when you read fully stocked, believe it. Down to a wonderful full pan set to measuring spoons. The owner is very responsive to needs. I messaged about the bathroom rugs being wet on check in at 11pm and a maintenance man was at the condo by 9 the next morning. We are looking for dates for a summer trip already.

Branson Getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it. It is the best equipped kitchen of any place we’ve stayed. We really enjoyed the lakefront view.

Very clean. Great Wi-Fi. TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and spices. Enough basic supplies to get you started. Easy to communicate with owner/mgmt. highly recommend this property !

Fall Break!

We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from our private patio. The lake was easily accessible,with a fire pit near. Waking to deer and the geese was fun. The cafe next door came in handy too for a pizza run. When we were ready for the sights, all was close by, a beautiful excursion. Definitely will book again!

Relaxing Getaway in Branson

Really love this condo with the convenience of the easy entry and beautiful kitchen and living room. The deck is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the great outdoors and seeing all the wildlife of geese, deer and squirrels. Everyone loves the carpet in the bedrooms and living room because it keeps the noise down and comfortable to walk on with bare feet. We always look for a place to stay with carpet and so many places are going all wood floors. Only suggestion is all the mattresses are too firm, would prefer more of a plush mattress and would also enjoy a reclining love seat in the living room. We always enjoy getting a pizza from next door and coming back to the condo to eat at the super comfortable dining table. Too many condos are going to the pub height tables and are not comfortable for sitting at. So many great features at this condo that this is the Very Best Place to stay in Branson that is super clean too. The host is Always super quick to help anytime there is a problem too. Will not stay anywhere else but here and I have stayed at a lot of places in Branson. Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful place to stay!

Branson Trip

Nice place with lake views and access to lake but wear your tennis shoes because it’s rocky going down the slope to get to the lake. Same for the master shower… very rocky so you need to wear flip flops to be able to stand in it. Great location if you’re going to Silver Dollar City.

Family Vacation with our dogs.

We had another great trip to the area! This is our second time staying at the condo-it’s absolutely perfect. The location is great, the condo is clean, large, and has everything you need if you forget something. The host is responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Indian Point Marina is a short distance away-and they are also great. Renting a boat and going out on the lake is a must do for our family. We will definitely be back! Had another great stay at the Lake. Thanks again for sharing your home. We always look forward to spending or week at the lake here. Pool was much better this year. Got to see our usual deer visitors and enjoy coffee on the deck while listening to the birds sign in the morning. Looking forward to next year. Great place as always.

Great place to stay in Tablerock lake

The condo is very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed to get started with our vacation. The balcony is very nice and it's close to the water compared to other places we looked at. The only negative is the rocky shoreline and no shared boat slip / dock. However, there are marinas close by to keep your boat. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to all of our questions quickly. He was very accommodating. We had a great time.

Lakefront Condo on TableRock

This condo is nicely appointed, very well-equipped, and spacious. There is a beautiful view of the lake. It is conveniently located near all of the Branson area attractions. It was very quiet and restful during the week; just slightly more busy on the weekends. We had a terrific week-long stay there, and we would book this property again in the future!

Absolutely perfect!

We have rented several properties over the years, and this one ranks at the top! Right on the water, very spacious, and clean! Many listings say fully stocked kitchen but this one really did have everything you would ever need, from a griddle for pancakes to huge pots and pans for a big batch of spaghetti, and plenty of dishes and cups. The owner was timely with information and told us everything we needed to know before we got there. The pool was right next to the building and usually we were the only ones there. Each night a deer would walk by the covered back deck too. We had a great week! We will be staying here again!

We live in Central Arkansas , being an active Real Estate broker we enjoy spending time with our families and friends. We have been to Branson several times and we really enjoy the family atmosphere the town holds. We make short trips to Branson throughout the year but really enjoy the Fall and Holiday seasons. Having a vacation home will give us more time to discover new adventures in the area.

This condo made us feel like we were on vacation the minute we walked it, it is very spacious and lets us invite family and friends to come and stay. The condo allows us to be located close to all of the activities in Branson or allows us the opportunity just to relax in the peaceful surroundings. The Corp property out back makes it seem like you have a huge back yard that someone else takes care of and the view is beautiful from the water's edge.
