This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.

You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms with a large walk in shower in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.

The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.

The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is great for a quiet romantic stay, a family trip to Silver Dollar City, a weekend shopping trip, a trip to the lake or a family gathering for the Holidays. Very nice, clean and attractive condo. It was all so nice, but I especially enjoyed the porch (which is gated) each morning with my dogs and my coffee looking at the beautiful lake through the trees. And deer visitors each morning!

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We appreciated the pre-stocked items (coffee, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One of the reasons we selected this condo was the covered deck. It was good sized with comfortable seating, and stairs to the ground which gave it easy access to the lake. Stairs were gated so we spent many hours on the deck with a toddler. Pool was clean. Location perfect for Silver Dollar City and easy to get to other Branson attractions. Very quiet area. We did also visit the small, convenient bar next door. Cool local place. Easy communication with the owner. We hope to return!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! Kitchen is stocked with quality pots/pans. Everything is clean. Furniture is comfortable. The area was quiet, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Our boys loved spending time in the lake right off the back porch. Porch furniture was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee! Highly recommend

Great upscale family property!!!

Great place for a family, we stayed for a week and it was comfortable with plenty of room to hang out together but also get away to your own rooms. Close to many of the attractions but away from the traffic and congestion.

It was in good area to get to everything. We didn't use the pool but it was very clean. The lake was up but they lowered it while we were there.

Girls trip

Had a great time! Condo was just what we needed for a relaxing “older” girls trip. Had everything we needed and very clean. Loved the balcony and view. Enjoyed the Butterfly Palace, Top of the Rock and visiting with family. Clark was great with keeping us informed and answering any questions. Would love to come back.

Branson Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and really like it that it's away from all the busy traffic and has a view of the lake. Easy check in with no stairs is big plus for our family and for my elderly parents. This is a well stocked condo with large bottles of supplies for bathroom use is provided and a wonderfully big walk in shower in the master bathroom. We will be coming back to stay here again!

Our yearly old lady trip

This was such a nice place to stay. Mr. Kitchens was so responsive to our requests. Sent someone to show us how to work the t.v's.You could actually list this as handicapped friendly. My sister is handicapped and was able to function well with the shower and toilet. I used suction cup hand rails and that worked great in the shower. No stairs or steps another plus. Wonderful trio for myself and my sister and friend.

Getaway

Loved this property. Usually you see the photos in the listing and expect the pictures to be -just a little bit nicer- than the actual property. However, this place was even better than the photos! We loved sitting out on the porch with our morning coffee, or in the evening with a glass of wine. The silence was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our Brandon getaway.

Quick getaway

Lovely, quiet location next to the Lake House Bar and Grill. Simple menu with very good food. Cottage grocery right down the road access to groceries. Great location, deck, and great room sizes. Wife and I could have sat on the deck the entire weekend.

Wonderful getaway

Grace‘s sunset condo was really almost perfect. There were plenty of supplies, towels and room for our family of college kids. The view was beautiful, and the location was very convenient for doing things in Branson and just enjoying the view. We ate at the restaurant bar next-door one evening and it was so much fun. Great food. We had gluten-free pizza. The owner sent all we needed to know. It was an easy check-in and easy checkout. We would like to stay again in the summer when we can get away again.

Awesome place to stay

The condo was very clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. Everyone from the manager to the owners were list various accommodating and always there. If you needed anything, I would truly recommend you staying here and I will stay here again.

We have been to Branson several times and we really enjoy the family atmosphere the town holds. We make short trips to Branson throughout the year but really enjoy the Fall and Holiday seasons. Having a vacation home will give us more time to discover new adventures in the area.

This condo made us feel like we were on vacation the minute we walked it, it is very spacious and lets us invite family and friends to come and stay. The condo allows us to be located close to all of the activities in Branson or allows us the opportunity just to relax in the peaceful surroundings. The Corp property out back makes it seem like you have a huge back yard that someone else takes care of and the view is beautiful from the water's edge.
