Edelsberg Vacation Apartment - Sommer Vacation Home

You’ll receive the Königscard upon arrival, which gives you free access to 200 recreational activities, such as swimming pools and cable cars. The apartment is equipped with FREE Wi-Fi. It’s located on the first floor and features three balconies, with a total area of 90 m². The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (or even 7, though it would no longer be certified as a three-star property) and features three separate bedrooms, a living room with a couch and a corner bench, a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, satellite TV and two flat-screen TVs, 2 showers, and 2 toilets. In addition, all bedrooms have blackout curtains.



Welcome to our Sommer*** vacation home!
We rent vacation apartments equipped with the Königscard, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a shower, and a toilet. Bedding, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Each apartment has 1–3 bedrooms with a magnificent mountain view from the balcony. You can find photos of all the apartment layouts here. There are places for children to play in front of the house, and a playground is located 200 meters away. By the way, Pfronten has 11 great playgrounds. The town also features a climbing garden and an archery course. Right from the house, you can enjoy fantastic hiking trails or set off on a bike ride into the mountains.
In the immediate vicinity is the Gasthof Engel, which has a lovely beer garden. Pfronten-Kappel is now bypassed by a bypass road. This means there’s hardly any traffic left, and only a 30-zone road runs through the town. We have a climbing wall and toys available for our younger guests, as well as a ping-pong table. On-site costs: Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of €1.80 per person (ages 16 and up) per night (children: €1.20 for ages 6 to 15) will be charged separately on-site. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
