There is a parking space next to the apartment, and a locked room is available for bicycles (with charging capabilities for e-bikes).

On-site costs: Included: Electricity, heating, water, final cleaning, bed linens, towels, kitchen towels. Not included: Use of the washing machine. The nightly rate for 1–2 guests is 65 € per night. The municipality of Blankenheim charges a lodging tax. We are required to charge 5% of the rental price for each night’s stay. For our accommodation, this amounts to 3.25 € per night. Please understand that we do not rent our vacation rental to companies or service technicians.



Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
