Large deck, grill, fire pit and private dock located just a short distance from State Park and beaches , restaurants, casino, hiking and biking trails . Walking distance to grocery store , kayak and pontoon rental , boat launch and Allegan County Park and beach 800Ft away. Off season and monthly rates available.

The cottage could use a little updating and detailed cleaning as it was very dusty, and the couch needs to be replaced. The host was very friendly and responsive. The lawn, patio and all outside features were great! The indoors needs more attention.

Great Place

Unfortunately we were unable to stay entire week due to unexpected illness. But we will return, the location is wonderful, right on the water close to everything!

This property is perfectly located. Right on the lake, clean and very well appointed. The fishing was great and the bist was extremely accommodating. Will be back!

Great July 4th vacation!

Ken is a wonderful host, clean property with all you need. Very prompt at communicating, helpful with anything you may need. We brought our dog along with our adult/college age boys who all had an enjoyable time. Recommend renting a pontoon for a day…Also some very nice neighbors next door we enjoyed chatting with. Would definitely stay again!

We had an awesome stay on our mini vaca! Everything was great from start to finish. Kenny went up and above to accommodate our stay and was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this little slice of heaven right on gun lake. The kids had a ball fishing from the dock and paddling around on the paddle boat. The water is shallow far out so the little ones had lots of room to swim and play. Will definitely be back!

Lake front cottage with spectacular views

Excellent cottage for lake front living.....Large deck with furnishings and super views......gorgeous sunrises, quiet setting cannot be beat........fire pit with additional chairs....property very close to grocery store and county park, marina with boat rentals....owner is very attentive....we will return!

AMAZING!!!

We stayed at this wonderful little house for a week and LOVED every single second of it! From the fire pit ON the lake to the many ducks who paid us daily visits, we cannot think of ONE single complaint re: our stay. We just LOVED staying there....and didn't want to leave. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants a nice vacation on Gun Lake to really consider this property. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Thank you Ken for the great communication and wonderful hospitality!!!

Fantastic stay in July

We had a wonderful stay. The place is exactly as advertised. We loved the location which is walking distance to a grocery store, boat rental and county park (great for additional parking). The house had everything we needed and Ken was very helpful and responsive with any questions. We enjoyed having a dock for our boat and a fire pit for evening s’mores. We had lots of guests come through but found we had plenty of space. The couch has a pullout which was an added bonus. I can’t think of anything we would change and hope to be back next year!

Our second time staying here and it was another great vacation week. The weather could have been better, so we could enjoy the lake more but we still had a great time relaxing !

A wonderful summer place on the lake to enjoy water activities.

Easy to communicate with the owner who is very friendly and helpful. Great neighbors! Had a great time and hope to return next year.

Beautiful Sunrise

2nd year. On the water, fire pit, great neighbors, nice deck, long dock, pontoon rental close, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer & dryer, owner Ken always available.
