Welcome to Boardwalk 507

Boardwalk Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Panama City Beach right on Thomas Drive. This resort offers amenities you will not find anywhere else - a one-of-a-kind gulf-front children's splash zone with interactive water toys, a 2,500 sq ft gulf-front zero entry pool, a lavish pool deck, 2 hot tubs, sauna and steam room.

This unit is a luxurious gulf-front 1 bed/1bath plus bunk area condominium. The living room boasts endless gulf views, a comfy sleeper sofa, cable TV/DVD player The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, full size appliances, spacious breakfast bar and everything you will need to cook a family dinner! The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom.

The kid's bunk area has an adorable set of bunk beds and a bathroom right down the hall.

Your days will be spent relaxing on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" or strolling through the nearby gift shops! You can enjoy your evenings on the oversized private balcony, complete with table, chairs, breathtaking sunsets and endless gulf views. Book Boardwalk 507C for your next Panama City Beach vacation!

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Effective 2/1/2026, all guests of Boardwalk must register through the emailed link provided and pay for parking. Cost is $55/vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles plus $6 per wristband. These fees are billed through the resort and not included in your total at the time of booking.

Great Condo Great Location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The Boardwalk is our favorite place to stay because of the location as well as amenities for the children.

Overall the unit was nice, but it's clear that the owner is not maintaining the property. This were a lot of minor annoyances. The vacuum didn't work, the light on the microwave didn't work, the lights on the bunk bed didn't work, the curtain to go outside was broken so you couldn't close it, and the ceiling fan in the bathroom barely ran. The broom was filthy and needs replaced. There is also a prominent musty smell and mold in the bathroom that appears as if it was once flooded. There's no lock chain lock on the entry door which was a little frustrating. Size wise this was perfect for myself and children. There's great closet space to store luggage. The beds were comfortable and the balcony is furniture was lovely.

I’ve reported all of these to our maintenance team and the owner so they can inspect the bathroom for any water damage, address the mold and odor, repair or replace the affected items, and improve the cleaning checklist. Great place to stay!

Best time

My son and I visited PCB for the first time and we fell in love! Our place was perfect for us. Clean, everything we needed. Everyone who worked on the resort were friendly. Close to places we wanted to go to. We will be back!

First time staying at this property. Would stay again.

Room was clean. We're a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Close to restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely stay again. Only "negative" thing I could say is there is no BBQ grills on the property.

Tan Lines and Good Times!

The was the perfect little condo for my family and I! It's located on a lower floor which makes this easy with younger kiddos, easy access to the beach and pool. All the beds (including the kids bunks) had very comfortable mattresses! And of course, the view was beautiful! Feels like the Gulf is right there in the living room! Thanks, Best Beach Getaways!

Immediately disappointed. The carpet(which is odd enough with sand being everywhere) was soaking wet,the couches wet as well. The couch had balls of hair like someone cleaned out their hairbrush. There was also small white animal hair on the couch. I had to cover the couches in sheets to even feel clean enough to sit on. The coffee table had the faux wood peeling off the sides. The water would not get hot in the shower to my liking. I was actually cold while showering, so shaving in there is pointless because youre basically growing hair while you shave.There's also black mold growing on the wall in the bathroom. The TV in the bedroom is total junk. Appears to be one of the first flat screens ever made.The volume will not turn up to be able to hear it even at 100, so kiss watching TV in there goodbye. The top bunk moves when you push under the top one so definitely dont put someone heavy on top. Paying over 2k and having wet nasty carpet on your feet,covering the couches because of how old and nasty they are just wasn't what I was expecting. Not all of the rooms are like this at this location. We have friends that stayed in different ones and there's was great and up to date. They also paid the same as us. Luckily we spend most of our time on the beach.

Cleanliness and wet carpeting/couches are unacceptable — housekeeping has been notified to perform a full deep clean of the unit and to remove any hair and debris found. Maintenance will inspect the carpeting and upholstery for water damage and replace items as needed, and the peeling faux-wood coffee table will be repaired or replaced. The black mold you reported is a safety priority; maintenance will assess and remediate any mold immediately. We’ll also have the water heater/shower serviced to restore proper hot water and check the bedroom TV and volume controls to repair or replace as necessary. The top bunk will be inspected and secured or removed if it isn’t safe. We’ll review the unit and the listing to ensure the condition is accurately represented and will reinforce turnover procedures with housekeeping so issues are caught before arrival. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention — we’ll use your comments to make improvements.

Clean room. Awesome location. Enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was great as usual. Been coming to this property for 3 years straight. Always friendly staff. One note even though it is a non smoking property you still get people who ignore the rules and still smoke on balconies. Wanted to breathe fresh air and not second hand smoke in the evening on balcony!!! I wish this could be enforced a little more!!!!

The condo itself is great! However I feel like it's false advertisement that it lists fitness room in the amenities. I workout daily and so that was one thing I was looking for.

everything as promised

anniversary was amazing here, property showed minimal use wear and tear otherwise was beautiful, location ,view amenities as promised pool side bar/restaurant was awesome. my only complaint was we texted the number we were given to update that i noticed the curtains over the door we’re coming unscrewed from the wall an no one ever responded don’t know if it was ever fixed but besides those minor issues would rent again

Boardwalk a Wonderful Property

I was upset that we were locked out of our unit at 9:30 when checkout was supposed to be at 10:00. The television system was difficult to work.

Late September

My wife enjoyed the overall experience and will return. The only issue we had was the beach chair situation. They are not included and are set up in front of the entire property. So to be able to sit front row you have to rent the chairs.

Great location - plan ahead for all toiletries

Our stay was very peaceful. We loved the balcony views, location to restaurants, and the easy access to beach and pool/hot tub/bar. Plenty of space for a family of 4!!! Condo was mostly clean - some dishes in the cabinets weren’t (but I always check that first anyway). The only negative I would say is - the mentioned “starter kit” for toiletries is very close to non-existent compared to other VRBO stays I have experienced. I left behind TP, paper towels, sponges, trash liners, dryer sheets (we used all of the small pack of laundry detergent we bought), and hand soap (I hate bar soap) for the next guests. Hope their first experience for a starter kit is better. 😁 Easy check in and check out! Thank you for a great vacation.

Rachel, thank you for your feedback. We do try to give you a heads up prior to your arrival of what is provided in both your rental agreement and your carefree instructions. These items are meant to get you started so you do not have to rush out to the store the minute you arrive but the rest of the stay is up to the guest. We are glad that you had a great stay though.

Perfect Summer break

Overall, the property was great, 5th floor means you can take the stairs if the elevator lines are too long (which was not the case for us). Balcony furniture is due to be replaced. The pool has a rule that kids under 12 have to get out for the last 10 minutes of every hour. It is strictly enforced. This has nothing to do with the rental but is something to know. However, due to the strict pool rules, it's nice to not have someone smoking light up next to you. I would stay at this property again and our kids had a wonderful time. Thank you to the owners for sharing!

Bad CS!

The rental was great. Tv in bedroom no volume. Hairdryer not working. 1 roll of tp, 1paper towel, and 2 trash bags for a week. I shouldn't have to call for more essential after day one. Also Vrbo youre customer service is terrible. Never rent from you again. I'll go directly thru hotel.

Rules

Pool side rules were somewhat excessive. Nurf balls should be ok to use at the pool. Young children should not be allowed in the hot tubs! Poolside bar and restaurant were excellent. Frozen drinks were delicious. Sunday night music duo were ourstanding. You should consider Fiday and Saturday night music as well. Cleanliness of the poolside chairs and tables done before opening was excellent. Please let the gentleman whocleaned the.poolside furniture did a fantastic and every mornkng i was on my balcony and noticed his superb work. Major kudos to him!! Thanks to all your friendly staff!!
