The outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away. All rooms feature a cozy, rustic decor and are equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio, and safe. Each room has a shower/toilet, balcony, and Wi-Fi. In our cozy breakfast room, you can treat yourself to a varied breakfast buffet first thing in the morning. Our sun terrace and lawn in front of the house invite you to relax and are often used as a gathering spot for a coffee break or to enjoy a refreshing drink. Our wellness area features a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin, offering you a restful way to unwind after an active day of vacation. In the relaxation room, you can take a break for an hour in one of the comfortable lounge chairs between sauna sessions. When the weather is nice, the terrace and the spacious garden are perfect for relaxing.

The spacious 130-square-meter Kaiserblick vacation apartment features a large living-dining area with an open kitchen and a fantastic view of the Kaiser, three cozy bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, a large hallway with a walk-in closet, and a storage room.
The built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave, making it perfectly equipped for preparing delicious meals. The living-dining area features a large, cozy seating area as well as a spacious sofa arrangement that invites you to relax.
The modern bathrooms each feature a shower and toilet. The larger bathroom also features a bathtub and a bidet.
The large south-facing balcony is accessible from the living-dining area and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. The west-facing balcony is accessible from every bedroom.

Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial to health and relaxation.” Reit im Winkl was designated a health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the requirements for this designation ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat sources and providing ample bus service.
