This beautifully furnished apartment in Lagos offers wonderful seaside views, and is conveniently located next to nearby beaches, the Marina and historical town centre. A delightfull sunny apartment, 5 min walk to the beautiful Meia-Praia Beach, 1.5 km from the Palmares golf course!

Reception and security 24h, 2 swimming pools! 10 min walking to the city centre with nice restaurants, night life, local market, Praia D'Ana beach with picturesque coves and steep seaside cliffs, batata beach, Pinhão beach and many other beaches the Algarve is famous for.

If you want to see more of the Algarve you don't have to travel far by car or train to explore other nearby places worth visiting such as Praia De Luz, Portimao, Albufeira and Vila Moura which has a casino.

A perfect stay

This apartment was lovely.. great location, spacious, clean and quiet. Responses from the owners was quick. Lots of little things teas made our stay pleasant, condiments/ spices/ cleaning supplies. A bottle of wine and a welcome note greeted us upon arrival.

Great apartment

Very comfortable apartment. The owners had catered to our every need, including a welcome bottle of wine, which was much appreciated .The whole site was wellmaintained with a lovely pool area. The views from our balcony were lovely, looking over the city of Lagos and the ocean. Overall a really good holiday. We would highly recommend this property

Another great stay in Lagos

This was our second time at this apartment, and it was just as amazing as our first visit. The place is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a great location. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect.

The Perfect Getaway

Rick and Maria's place is the best ever! Everything was as exactly as they described in their post. They gave us perfect directions to get to their place. There were no issues checking in or out. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony every morning when we had our coffee and breakfast, and in the evening when having our glass of wine. The action at the harbor where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, was walking distance as well as offices to make arrangements for boat rides to explore the caves. The bridge to walk across to explore the old Moorish town, cafes, restaurants and stores was also walking distance. We highly recommend this place! You will not regret it one bit!

Excellent First VRBO experience

We were very pleased with Rick & Maria’s condo. The check in process was very easy and it was nice to know that someone was always around to ask for help. The condo area is secured, although we felt safe at all times in Lagos. The condo complex was very well maintained and clean. The location is great - just a short walk to the beach, marina and old town. The apartment itself was very well-appointed, including chairs & umbrellas to take to the beach. We borrowed the cooler and ice packs for a picnic one day too. It really felt like home and we would love to come back someday.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the marina and the old town area. They left us a bottle of wine which was greatly appreciated. Enjoyed a lovely evening on the balcony watching the ocean and drinking wine

Perfeito!

Não temos nada de negativo a apontar! Todo o processo de reserva, check in e check out foi muito fácil e os seguranças são muito atenciosos. A Maria e o Rick também foram sempre extremamente simpáticos! Apartamento excelente, muito bem equipado e com uma oferta de boas vindas. A varanda tem uma vista excelente e a churrasqueira deu para fazer várias refeições. Piscina muito boa também, que mesmo sendo de todo o condomínio nunca estava muito cheia. Esperemos voltar no próximo ano!

Great Stay in Lagos

My wife and I had a great stay in Maria and Ricks apartment in Lagos. The apartment is really spacious, clean and has everything you need for your stay. The location is quiet and not too far from Meia Praia or the centre of Lagos. There is a large shared pool which can be used by guests. Plenty of sun beds were available during our stay. The apartment is very close to the marina and also the train and bus stations. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Me and my partner had a lovely time at Maria’s apartment. The view from the balcony and the pool makes it really special. Very close to everything but at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood which was perfect! So close to the beach too! Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lagos. For us, the location was great. Easy walking access to beach and Old Town. Grocery store .4 mile away (easily walkable). Locals so friendly. Check-in/security office quite helpful. Loved the views from our 4th floor balcony! Appreciated amenities: clothes washer and drying rack, beach umbrellas and chairs, grocery cart, large balcony with chairs & table, and a place to grill. Would stay there again. Thanks!

Great spot. Easy walking distance to the train, bus, grocery store, Marina and walking trails. The property was very clean and provided all the amenities. The owners, Rick and Maria, were easy to reach for questions. Highly recommended.

María y Rick son muy buenos anfitriones ya que nos recomendaron restaurantes, y estaban pendientes de nosotros. El apartamento está genial en todo, tiene piscina, cerca de la playa, todas las comodidades posibles. Nos encantó Lagos y su apartamento. Gracias!

Great apartment in great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at Condominium do Mar. Apartment had everything you need for a lovely stay. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony especially at night. The complex is very safe and secure and security guards very helpful. The complex is such a lovely place to sit. Rick and Maria, although not in Portugal were available to contact at any time. Would not hesitate to return here.

Apartment: The size for two people is quite sufficient. On the pictures the apartment seems a bit smaller. The furnishings are cozy. We felt very comfortable. In March it is just a bit colder and the fleece blankets and an extra blanket did us a lot of good ;-) The coffee table already has some signs of use, which was no problem for us. In the kitchen everything is available what you need. A little more cutlery would be great if you do not want to wash dishes yourself and would rather use the dishwasher. But it was also possible. Location: The apartment is super located. You can walk to the harbor (about 7 min) and Lagos (10-15 min). You have a beautiful view of Lagos and the harbor in the evening and you can see the Atlantic Ocean / beach from the balcony. (The balcony is accessible from the living room and the bedroom). This was important to us, for example. To have a nice view when you sit outside in the morning while having breakfast or just having a glass of wine there in the evening. Hosts: Maria & Rick are super hosts. Super quick answers to questions or small problems. We felt super comfortable and were super supported. We will definitely come again! Thank you so much! 26 nights in Lagos

The apartment was clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. It’s an easy walk to the train station, bus station, grocery, beach, etc. There are a few quirks like the water heating system, but that’s what you get with apartments in Portugal, consider it part of the “charm”. We did have a bit of a problem with the apartment directly above us, the owner would periodically go out on his balcony and shake out some dog bedding which resulted in a pretty large amount of dog hair landing on our balcony. Still, this apartment was a very good value; I would give it 5 stars based on value and location if not for the dog hair problem. I think the owners are doing all they can to resolve this issue through the apartment manager.
