The surrounding area: a paradise for nature lovers
There are endless possibilities right on the doorstep: Hike through the green forests, cycle along varied routes or discover the charming villages of the region. Just 5 minutes away, the Burgstallwarte awaits you with a restaurant offering a magnificent view of the Schneeberg, as well as a viewing tower and a small animal enclosure. In Burgstall you can also visit riding stables or take a walk through the countryside with llamas.
The nearby towns of Maria Anzbach and Neulengbach offer everything your heart desires: numerous shopping opportunities, cosy restaurants, quaint pubs and leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, river hiking trails as well as tennis courts and sports fields.

Our villa offers a temporary home on 2,200 m² of land that leaves nothing to be desired. It has the following outdoor areas:

--A modern kitchen with cooking island, high-quality appliances (large fridge with ice cube dispenser, microwave, steam oven, toaster, coffee machine, raclette set) and everything you need for culinary delights.
--Spacious living areas: A stylish dining room with seating for 10 people and a cosy living room with sofas and small bar.
--A separate TV room with large screen, Dolby surround system, games console and sofa bed for up to 3 people.
--Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and high-quality mattresses as well as an additional single room.

--Room 1: Double bed (2x2 m), walk-in wardrobe, TV and access to the large balcony with wonderful distant views to the south.
--Room 2: Double bed (1.4x2 m), desk, large wardrobe and small balcony with a wonderful distant view to the south.

--Room 4: Sofa bed (1.4x2 m), TV, desk and access to the garden with sauna.
A total of up to 10 guests can sleep comfortably here. All rooms have electric shutters to darken the room.

Villa Valentina is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, away from thoroughfares and traffic noise. The property offers you maximum privacy. For added protection, the garages are equipped with electric roller shutters and the driveway to the property is illuminated.
The neighbourhood is family-friendly and characterised by a trusting community that looks out for one another. Our modern facilities also include secure windows and doors, and you will find a safe for your valuables in the separate wine cellar. In addition, our fibre optic internet with encrypted Wi-Fi is available to keep your digital activities secure. Here you and your family can enjoy your stay in complete peace and security - whether during the day or at night.

--Hiking and nature paradise Vienna Woods
Villa Valentina is located on the edge of the Vienna Woods and is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. Numerous well-marked hiking trails lead through the surrounding woods and meadows. Walks along the Anzbach stream or to vantage points such as the Buchberg, which offer impressive views of the region, are popular.
--Maria Anzbach (5 minutes away by car) with its charming moated castle and restaurants, sports field and impressive pilgrimage church. Maria Anzbach is known for its cultural events, including concerts, festivals and markets that take place throughout the year. In particular, the annual Advent market event and local village festivals offer an insight into the region's traditional and warm community.
--Neulengbach (5 minutes away by car) with many shopping facilities, restaurants and pubs. The imposing Neulengbach Castle towers above the town and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. This medieval fortress, parts of which are still well preserved, invites visitors to discover the history of the region. The inner courtyard and ruins are a particular highlight during events such as medieval markets and concerts.
--Melk (20 minutes away by car) The charming old town with its narrow, cobbled streets and colourful houses invites you to take a stroll. Melk Abbey - the baroque Benedictine monastery is the centrepiece of Melk and is one of the most famous monasteries in Europe.
--Tulln (20 minutes away by car) The "Garten Tulln" is a paradise for nature lovers and garden enthusiasts. With over 70 show gardens, all organically cultivated, it offers inspiration and relaxation at the same time. The Donaulände in Tulln is a picturesque place for walks and leisure activities. Along the riverside promenade you will find sculptures, works of art and cosy places to linger. The water park is particularly popular and is a highlight for families and children in the summer months. The Donaulände also offers numerous restaurants and cafés with a view of the water.
--Krems an der Donau(30 min. by car) The picturesque old town of Krems, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, impresses with its charming cobbled streets, medieval buildings and baroque facades. Highlights include the Steiner Tor, a historic town gate from the 15th century, and the Dominikanerplatz with the former monastery, which now houses a cultural centre.
