The Property
The 4.5-room property spans 3 levels, consisting of the following areas:

1. Garden level with an open-concept living room and kitchen, including a dining area, as well as an outdoor pergola with sun loungers, a dining table, and a Weber grill.

2. Above that, a sleeping area connected to the living room by a staircase, featuring a large 2x2m double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private walk-in closet with a safe.

3. Upper floor accessible via an exterior staircase (at street level), featuring a cozy reading area and a desk, as well as an optional pull-out sofa bed that sleeps up to 2 people and a balcony with a view stretching all the way to the Brissago Islands. (Important note: This floor does not have a bathroom or toilet; guests staying here would need to use the exterior staircase to access the sleeping area on the floor below.)

In the summer, guests also have exclusive use of the beautiful pool on the (vacant) neighboring property. The pool offers a stunning panoramic view and features elegant flooring made of Ticino stone.
