Vacation apartment in Percha near Starnberg close to Munich 5 min. to the lake

Hello everyone,

A cozy three-room vacation rental is available here for 1 to a maximum of 4 people.

Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels; dish towels are provided.

No pets allowed!

Starnberg is a 20-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop nearby with service to Starnberg or toward Wolfratshausen.

The lake (“Percha Beach”), with a large public swimming area, is a 5-minute walk away.

There are several restaurants in the area.
The Brückenwirt restaurant is about 200 meters away.

Shopping:
The butcher, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, and pharmacy in town are all within easy walking distance.

The vacation rental is located on the first floor and is not wheelchair accessible; it requires climbing the front steps.

Large terrace with seating for 4 people; parking available directly in front of the vacation rental in the courtyard.

Travel crib for toddlers; high chair available upon request

The vacation rental consists of:

Once payment has been received, the vacation rental will be reserved for you, and you will receive a reservation confirmation.

Contact information for coordinating your arrival (the landlord is my mother-in-law) will follow a few days before your arrival...
Key pickup will take place on-site with my mother-in-law. Please let us know your arrival time afterward!

Het appartement is klein voor 4 personen. De inrichting is zeer basic en ouderwets. Op het terras ontbreekt een complete tuinset, dus geen eettafel zodat buiten eten niet mogelijk is. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk. Parkeerplaats is beschikbaar. Het centrum van Starnberg ligt op een half uurtje lopen.

Ich hoffe Sie haben sich trotz der "altmodischen" Einrichtung wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub zu zweit gehabt. Ihre Bewertung für 4 Personen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, da die Wohnung deutlich größer ist als preislich vergleichbare in der Umgebung. Auf der Terasse befindet sich ein Klapptisch an der Seite...Sie hätten gerne nachfragen können.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist ideal zum ausspannen aber auch für Ausflüge an den Starnberger See, Ammersee sowie mit der S-Bahn nach München. Wir sind begeistert von der der Wohnung und der Lage. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Wege zum See und zum Wirtshaus sind erfreulich kurz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, nur das WLAN haben wir gelegentlich vermisst.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hell. Sie liegt super, weil man in ein paar Minuten zum Starnberger See laufen kann. Wir hatten einen guten Urlaub dort und können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Schön geschnittene Wohnung, tolle Terrasse. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum See. Direkt nebenan liegen ein Kindergarten und eine Kirche, was man schon hört. Uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört. Es gibt kein WLAN und der Handyempfang ist auch eher mau. Mich hat es nicht gestört, meinen Sohn schon eher. Hinweis für große Menschen: die Betten sind am Fussende nicht offen. Prei-Leistung stimmt, würde es wieder buchen. Sehr nette Vermietern.

Die Wohnung war super, die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend.In unmittelbarer Nähe war der Kindergarten,und die Kinder hielten sich fast den ganzen Tag (selbst bei Regen) im Freien auf, somit ein erhöhter Geräuschepegel
