Retreat on the Butte: On The Creek Luxury, Town Home with hot tub

Enjoy this 1871sqft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with a vaulted ceiling in the family room. This home comfortably sleeps 8 to 9 people with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds (1 w/ trundle), and a twin top/ full bottom bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen features Granite Countertops, a table that seats 6 with 2 bar stools. Home also features a gas grill on the deck.

Townhouse is fully equipped with WiFi, including 4 TV’s with DVD players. In the vaulted living area, there is a 42-inch HD Flat screen TV. For your listening pleasure, stream your favorite Pandora station through your smart phone or iPad using the home stereo.

The master bedroom features a King bed, HDTV, and direct deck/hot tub access. The en suite bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, shower, large soaking tub and washer and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and TV/DVD player, the other with a twin bed and a twin/full bunk bed. In the loft area (Day Bed with Trundle) the kids can get away from the adults and watch a movie on the TV with DVD player.

Stay out of the hot summer sun and enjoy an adult beverage on the spacious East facing deck while watching your kids catch frogs, lizards and other little creatures in the creek directly behind the home. Or just relax and soak in the 6 person hot tub which is professionally maintained.

The home is located along the bike trail and within walking distance (2 blocks) to the Lakeside Pool/ Fitness Center with Kids Splash Park, horseback riding, tennis and basketball courts.

Eagle Crest Resort is a full service destination resort located on 1700 acres in Central Oregon. The area gets over 300 days of sunshine per year with less than 9 inches of rainfall a year. The resort has 3 golf courses (kid’s golf for free after 3:00 with adult), 1 putt-putt course, a full service spa, over 12 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 swimming pools, one indoor pool and each pool has workout facilities.

Our family has stayed in this home many times over the years and made some wonderful memories at Eagle Crest. The host is awesome. Communication is great. The house is always clean and comfortable. Great location in a quiet area but with easy access to one of the pools, pickle ball courts and a fun hike up Cline Butte.

A sweet spot for our family of 6. Enjoyed the deer, the creek, and the pools. The kitchen was well appointed, with all the utensils and dishes we needed, the bathrooms were stocked with towels and extra toilet paper. Over all a great trip despite the smoke from the wildfires.

This was my family’s fifth visit to Eagle Crest and this was our favorite home. The location by the creek, and close to the pool, was perfect. The beds and layout worked well for our family of five. The kitchen had all of the gear we needed to make most of our meals at home for a week. And the deck and hot tub were used often — so nice to have a great outdoor space to use. The owners quickly responded to questions and I appreciated their generosity!

We had a great stay at this unit! The townhome was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the hot tub, the walking trails around the property and even the board games on a rainy day. We recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!

The townhouse was just as listed, very family friendly and very quiet. The hosts were friendly and responsive and easy to check in.I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our only problem was we could not figure out how to run the TV. Also just wanted to let you know there are a few loose bricks on your entry steps. Other then that it was a lovely place to stay.

Annual Trip to Central Oregon

Great condo!...super comfortable and had everything we needed. Had enough room for the adults and teenagers all their stuff. Plenty of things to do at the resort and close byLocation is convenient - less than 10 min from Redmond, but feels a world away from the crowds in Bend!!!...love staying here...

Redmond Stay

This was our first time staying in Redmond, came for my niece's wedding and the house worked out perfect for me and my adult children. It was roomy, clean and very comfortable! I would recommend staying here to anyone planning a visit. Cheers!

Great stay

Stay for 4 nights the house was great . Had someone’s with the wifi And hot tub temp , texted owners and they responded fast to fix it . Everything was great, side note if you don’t like really firm beds you may not like the upstairs beds . We would stay here again

Great place!! We had a wonderful weekend stay here! Clean, comfortable and great hosts! Hot tub was good size for a condo. Some of the living room furniture is well loved but still comfortable and functional. Would definitely stay at this property again!

In 2013, we vacationed at the property next door. We loved Eagle Crest so much that when this property became available we just had to have it! There is so much to do, biking, hiking, swimming, golf, putt-putt, hot tub, large deck for sitting outside and enjoying meals, horse back riding is 2 blocks away. You can go and do whatever you please without feeling like you are in a congested, overcrowded place. If you're up for a nice dinner, the resort is only minutes away, otherwise you could head to Bend where there are several amazing restaurants to choose from.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Being on the creek is so much fun. Our little ones love finding frogs, lizards, butterflies, bunnies, and deer. It provides healthy entertainment for hours! Also, noteworthy is that the deck is East facing, which means you are able to enjoy a nice afternoon/evening out of the hot summer sun that Eagle Crest is known to get.
