Please follow the posted detours. Unfortunately, the parking space cannot be used during this period. You can obtain a free special parking permit for public parking lots at the service office upon arrival.

This cozy 3-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor of the well-maintained Haus Baltic residential complex in Scharbeutz has a living area of approx. 63 m² and offers ample space and comfort for up to 5 people.

In the separate bedroom with a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), you’ll sleep just as well as you do at home. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm). In the evenings, make yourself comfortable on the sofa, which can be converted into an additional sleeping area (140x180 cm) if needed. You can wind down your vacation days in relaxation on your two furnished balconies with views of the greenery. Pure idyll! The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living room and makes your vacation easier with everyday conveniences like an oven and dishwasher. Enjoy your first cup of coffee at the modern dining table. The small but charming bathroom is tiled in white and is sure to put you in a good mood with its corner shower (entry height: 30 cm), hair dryer, and lighted mirror.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can park your bicycles safely in the bike shed behind the house. Guests can also use the ping-pong table there for leisure activities.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
