Located on the first row from the beach—and thus just a few steps from the beach and the boardwalk—this wonderful vacation apartment is on the second floor of the quiet and well-maintained Haus Fernsicht apartment complex. Spend an unforgettable vacation in approximately 49 m² of living space for up to 2 adults and 2 children in a unique location with an unobstructed view of the sea.

The bright, spacious living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa (approx. 160x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The dining table offers plenty of space for 4 people with a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony. In the bedroom, which features an additional TV and DVD player, the two single beds (each 80x200 cm) can be placed together or separately. Start your day in the modern, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, illuminated mirror, heated towel rack, and washing machine. The separate kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and is equipped with all the amenities.

You can conveniently park your car in the private outdoor parking space next to the house. Bicycle racks are provided outdoors for bicycles. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
