30 stairs away from the beach. Modern with high ceilings and large bedrooms, each with private bath and AC (included for night time only) The pool is 5 steps away from the beach with a large palapa to rest from the sun. Rental includes 2 staff members that work 8 hours per day to help with cooking and cleaning. Guest must purchase all food items. Grocery shopping service is provided for an additional fee.
The main house comfortably accommodate 12 guest, but if your group is larger we have a small casita in the front garden with two bedrooms, the rental for the casita is 200.00 USD per night, payable on site.
Parties with guest not staying in the house are not allowed!!

Beautiful big home/villa with a great staff.

My extended family and I had a great 4 days at VillaLety. The home and grounds were clean upon arrival and throughout our stay. Home is huge and the garden/grounds are beautiful. The staff was on hand to welcome us and took great care of the place while we were there, including the grounds and pool area. They cooked numerous excellent typical meals for us and always went above and beyond.The fact that my wife and sister in laws were actually able to relax during our stay, and not have to cook and clean up afterwards, was worth every penny.A truly relaxing vacation. Would definitely go back.There are a lot of stairs to get to the pool and beach that I wasn't aware of.With my bad knees, I wasn't fond of , but managed......so keep that in mind.Margarita and staff.....thank you.Thank you Lety

AMAZING STAY

The house is conveniently located in surf city. There was more than enough space for 7 of us. We had kids with us ages 5,6 and 8. They had a blast in the pool and enjoyed the beach as did all the adults. The beach was steps away and absolutely stunning. I cannot rave enough about how beautiful this house is. The ladies there kept the house immaculate and cooked some of the best food we’ve had. They even accommodated some of our picky eaters. We would definitely stay again and will plan to stay even longer next time.

El Zonte beach house

Margarita and the staff were amazing. We brought the food necessary for our weekend there and they had breakfast, lunch and dinner ready for us without lifting a finger. It’s so nice when you have a big group like ours. There are restaurants nearby as well if you want to eat out. The rooms are spacious and accommodate 12 people. It’s a multi level property so the views are wonderful. We stayed for Father’s Day and even though it was the beginning of the rainy season there was a beach to use. Great experience! 10/10.

Dream Beach House

Our family vacation to El Salvador was perfect. It truly felt like we were in paradise staying at this beach rental. The view of the beach is incredible and the surrounding gardens are immaculate. The house accommodated 12 of us so comfortably and each aspect of the house was gorgeous from the bedrooms to the dining area to the pool and cabana. It was an easy drive from the airport and to fun local spots like El Tunco. The staff was also amazing. They were always ready to help with anything we needed and prepared the most delicious meals. We can’t wait to return in the future! Thank you to Lety and her staff.

Slice of Paradise

Our family, and extended family (a group of 11) recently stayed at Villa Lety for 5 days. Describing the home as beautiful would be an understatement! As many other reviews state, the photos in the listing do not do the property justice. The villa was clean and inviting, and the outdoor spaces meticulously maintained. There was always something to enjoy, and we bounced between the beach and pool, enjoyed the many outdoor lounge areas, and watched the beautiful sunsets every night. Our children even got to experience releasing baby sea turtles on the beach one morning, another highlight of our stay! We received massages from Sandra, and Augustin took us to a disco on the beach for a great night of dancing. The wonderful ladies at the villa made all of our meals for us, and everything was delicious. Everyone was so kind, and became fast friends. Not having to do any cooking/cleaning truly made our stay a luxury! The villa is gorgeous, a hidden gem. We had such wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to return!

Amazing

This was the second time we stayed at this property But this time my sister-in-law and her family joined us, our group was a total of 11 adults and my 2 1/2 year old grandson. This property is so spacious and super clean, we never felt cramped-up. It was so relaxing to wake up to sounds of the ocean waves and view. The staff is amazing so super attentive. We couldn’t been more thrilled with the experience. We most definitely stay here next time we go on vacation to El Salvador.

Amazing and Safe…don’t look anywhere else!

Where do I start about this amazing home? The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s like a resort. Lety the owner was very accommodating and responsive. It is very safe! We were a group of 6 couples and 2 small children. There were 2 bedrooms on main floor, 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 bedrooms in the cassista within the veranda. 3 of the rooms in the main house have multiple beds. There are other single beds in the main area. The kitchen and the massive balcony are fully open. We had a staff of 7 people(including Sandra and Augustine) always helping us. They are amazing cooks as well. We had arranged our menu in advance and I can easily say that the home cooked meals were better than the restaurants. The private pool, covered sitting area and having to just step down to the beach was awesome. Lety arranged for a local guide for tours and transportation (Claudia and Wayo) so look no further (volcano hike, Coatepeque lake, tunco nightclub and San Salvador city tour). We also got private massages at the house, heavenly. Don’t book anywhere else! This is just the most fabulous place. Words are not enough to describe this place!

Me and my husband and family had a wonderful time here! Friendly staff and personal call with owner! Quality food prepared better than any 5 star restaurant the house and pool was wonderful! The staff became family very fast everyone so very accommodating will miss them and can’t wait till our next visit!

Family/Friends Vacation

We had such a wonderful time staying at Villa Lety. The house was awesome. Plenty of room, awesome views, and the staff was amazing. The meals that were prepared for us were amazing. Full service in beautiful residence

My family of 11 stayed at this immaculate house. The ladies made us feel so at home,. Great cooking!! My children are smitten with the country and this beach house Villa Lety✨I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We are currently looking to rebook for next year!

Add this to your bucket list!

This was everyone’s first trip to El Salvador and we were blown away by the experience. Lety was so helpful with all our questions and helping us with referrals for our transportation needs. The staff who cooked and cleaned were amazing. Each meal was better than the last and we thoroughly enjoyed trying local flavors. Augustin was a great surf guide for the guys! Sandra is a wonderful masseuse and she managed the staff around our schedules. We were in paradise and hated to leave. We felt quite safe and the El Salvadoran people were so wonderful everywhere we ventured. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable, welcoming and delicious!

Much better than the description, AMAZING!!

I travel to different countries for vacation but had not traveled to El Salvador for safety concerns. This place made me feel very safe. The whole area and the house were very secure. My concerns went out the window. The beauty of the house is amazing, way beyond the pictures I saw. The attention to detail is everywhere. The staff pampered us so much, it was difficult to leave. Agustin and his wife Sandra were awesome. He gave my kids surfing lessons and Sandra gave my wife massages that put her to sleep! You must try them. I am not exaggerating when I say that the cooks are better than any restaurants I tried. I always like to try nice restaurants when I travel, they say a lot about the culture. Food was good at the restaurants but these ladies at Lety's were just killing it in the kitchen. Dealing with the owner, Lety, was as wonderful, extremely nice, attentive to your needs and down to earth. I travel at least once a year for pleasure, I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to. For brevity, I am not saying all I have to say but to summarize, THANK YOU GUYS FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN!
