The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook to your heart’s content. The location is unbeatable—just 200 meters from the beach, so you can reach the ocean and the beach in just a few minutes on foot.
The vacation rental has Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected at all times. In the bedroom, a cozy double bed awaits you for restful nights.
The building features a swimming pool and a sauna. Please note that the pool and sauna area is closed every February due to annual deep cleaning.

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or booking agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable tourist tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing the reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the price per night. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compost bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
