The former sawmill from 1914 was lovingly revived in 2024/25 with attention to detail and state-of-the-art technology. Old beams, wooden staircases, and the larchwood façade tell a story – combined with solar thermal energy, underfloor heating, and 100% green electricity. Sustainability you can feel.

A spacious living area on the upper floor with open kitchen, wood-burning stove (firewood included), reading nook, and an 85-inch TV with PlayStation creates a cozy atmosphere – perfect for relaxed evenings. The high-quality kitchen invites you to cook together.
Two bedrooms with solid wood beds and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, and dryer ensure comfort. A third bedroom with its own bathroom and an office in the attic provide additional space – ideal for families or friends.
