If you’d like to enjoy your stay with us as a family or with friends, the four-person apartment on the first floor is an excellent choice. You’ll have more than 72 m2 at your disposal. A spacious sitting area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs offers the perfect opportunity to watch a good movie, have a nice conversation, or play cards. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped; the shower and toilet are separate; and the two bedrooms are spacious and bright.



Enjoy one of our modernly furnished apartments in peaceful Erlendorf. Relax in the beautiful garden with fruit trees and several terraces, or linger on the adjacent banks of the Gail River. No matter where you are in the apartments, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful Dobratsch.

Visit the nearby, lively town of Villach and unwind in the adjacent Dobratsch Nature Reserve.
In winter, the 17-kilometer-long ski slope is just a 10-minute drive away; in summer, you can enjoy the many lakes and numerous hiking and biking trails.
The residential building, which contains four apartments, stands on a lot of over 3,000 m². It features a garden with an orchard, a small forest, and the Gail River flowing nearby.
Two 2-bed studios are located on the first floor. The studios are suitable for 1 or 2 people and are fully furnished and equipped. Both studios have a private outdoor seating area where you can eat or relax in the shade.
From the central hallway, a fixed staircase leads to a spacious 4-person apartment with a large sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The first bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed; in the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds that can be pushed together upon request.
On the upper floor of the house, beneath sturdy oak beams, there is a spacious attic. From the living area, you have a fantastic view of the garden and the Dobratsch mountain beyond.
