This is our 10th year staying here. Best part is being able to step out the door onto the sand and beach!!! It is an older home but has everything we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Randy’s place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our long weekend. The house sits right on the beach. It was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient - easy walk to restaurants and a small market. We would rebook Randy’s place in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!

Great spot right on the beach! Walk to restaurants pet friendly. Very comfortable and spacious place! Everything is there for you, bed upstairs is very comfy- we didn’t sleep downstairs because there was only the two of us! So nice to hear the ocean at night- sunrise was amazing! Definitely renting again next summer!

I can't emphasize enough how beautiful this house is right on the beach. Very comfortable for the wife and I. The ocean in the backyard was amazing. The balcony phenomenal. All the chairs out back were perfect. We even were lucky enough to witness a beach party pop up with a live band. Randy was a perfect host. Answered all our questions. House was STOCKED from spices to coffee to towels etc. Two big TVs, a kind sized bed. Super clean. Very new. We will return. We had amazing weather and are very sad to be back in NY. THANK YOU!

This property delivered exactly what we were expecting! The location was beautiful - right on the beach but still within a few minutes drive of the downtown area with plenty of shopping and dining options. The pet-friendly aspect was a huge plus for us, and our two senior dogs also enjoyed their stay and first times experiencing the beach & ocean.

The house was great! Very clean and a nice bed to lay our heads. There were many accommodations, we unfortunately didnt have time to use since we were on a tight schedule but we would definitely stay here again! The best part was being right on the water! Also so close to town and great shops.

Location is AMAZING!

Family get away

great location, super convenient, great communication with manager. The home is small and cozy. The fire pit out front is fabulous and the beach is superb.

Fabulous!

We have visited Plum Island several times and this was our favorite house by far. The location was amazing and the house had everything that we needed. I would love to stay on this property again!
