The vacation rental is located on the 4th floor of the popular “Terrasflat” and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The tasteful decor combines modern comfort with functional amenities—ideal for a relaxing vacation.

A special highlight is the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the dunes, the beach, and the sea—whether over breakfast in the morning sun or at sunset with a glass of wine.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the apartment’s harmonious atmosphere. The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and two cozy armchairs—the perfect place to relax with a good book.

The dining area features a large dining table with a custom-made corner sofa and two additional chairs—ideal for shared meals or long game nights. Through the large sliding doors, you step directly onto the balcony, where a dining table with six chairs also invites you to linger.

Accessibility & Parking

The apartment complex is equipped with an elevator that serves all intermediate floors. Please note that you will still need to climb two sets of eight steps to reach the vacation apartment.

The apartment has a private double garage (for 2 cars); please make use of this during your stay. (Garage dimensions: height 2 m x width 4.5 m). The garage opens with a remote control.
You will not receive a digital parking permit; we do not need your license plate number.
Please note: Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee.

You will receive a maximum of 2 access cards for the dune area.
