The entrance area is equipped with built-in cupboards and a cloakroom. There is a ski boot warmer for all winter sports enthusiasts. The bathroom (with washing machine) connects the entrance area with the living and dining area.

Ground floor
The ground floor is characterised by the spacious living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen invites every self-caterer to cook, while the large dining area offers plenty of space for fun and games in addition to culinary delights. The sunbathing area in the living area tempts you to dream with an unobstructed view of the mountains. In addition, the pellet stove provides cosy warmth throughout the chalet on cold days.

Terrace
From the dining area, you can access the terrace, where sun worshippers can watch the sun rise and set.

Upper floor
On the upper floor, in addition to the 3 bedrooms
(for 8 people), there is a spacious bathroom with an integrated sauna. Pure relaxation during a sauna session culminates in an uninterrupted view over the mountains.

Garage and Stadl
Bicycles, motorbikes and cars can be safely parked in the garage or on the car park in front of the garage. There is also an electric charging station for cars and bikes. The barn in front of the front door can also be used as a storage room.

We have decided to rent the Höhenchalet pet-free. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house.
