Right behind Baaber Beach, you’ll find two incredibly cozy wooden vacation homes. Enjoy your vacation with up to six people just steps from the beach—it’s only about 75 meters from your vacation home to the fine-sand beach.



Information on additional costs and fees:

A security deposit of 150.00 € (200.00 € over New Year’s Eve) is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure, minus any utility charges.

Costs for electricity (€0.58/kWh), water (€6.50/m³), and gas (€1.32/m³) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bath linens, bed linens, and firewood can be ordered upon request for a fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

Two parking spaces and a lockable bike shed are available free of charge directly at the property.

One pet may be accommodated. A second pet can be added to the reservation upon request.



Welcome to the vacation home “Achter de Dün 2.”

“Achter de Dün” is Low German and means “Behind the Dune.”



The two identical houses, each measuring 80 m², are furnished in a modern style. The amenities are completely identical and provide everything you need for a relaxing vacation.



On the first floor, next to the living and dining area, there is a fully equipped open kitchen. Enjoy the evening on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace.

The spacious bathroom, featuring a double sink, large mirror, and hair dryer, has a walk-in shower. The private sauna, which accommodates two to three people, provides a relaxing retreat.



Upstairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an additional bunk bed. Electric blinds, among other features, ensure a restful night’s sleep.

A second bathroom rounds out the amenities.



Adjacent to the terraces is a shared barbecue area.

Your bicycles and beach gear will find a safe place in our lockable storage shed.



The houses are well-insulated and, thanks to central heating, can be used year-round.
