The open living area with a fireplace and a cozy sitting area invites you to linger. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the countryside. The modern kitchen is open-concept and fully equipped—ideal for relaxed evenings spent cooking. From the living room, you have direct access to the sheltered sun terrace, which leads out to the garden.

**Bedrooms**
The house features two comfortable bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with two high-quality single box-spring beds (each 90 × 200 cm).
Both rooms are equipped with blackout curtains, pleated blinds, and fly screens—for a restful night’s sleep.

**Wellness Bathroom**
Your private wellness area features an infrared sauna and a spacious, walk-in shower. Stylish details and high-quality materials ensure an all-around soothing bathroom experience.

**Family-Friendly**
Young guests are also welcome! A crib and a high chair are provided. The garden offers plenty of space to play, and the nearby beach provides plenty of variety.
