Thank you Nicolle and Robert for thinking of booking a rural location. Your visit at the time of the Hurricane Harvey aftermath was fraught with hurdles. It was impressive that you put family at the forefront of your concerns. I appreciate the attention and care you brought with you to the Hopkins House. Hosting a dog with Bella's accomplishments was also appreciated. ..........and not to be forgotten was the bags of fresh vegetables you arrived with, when our entire county was on lock down and produce such as your gift was hard to find. Texas, Brazoria County, and the Hopkins House will miss you.

Suzie, as I said before, your group of women brought the music of laughter to the sounds of the country. It was most welcome. The appreciation for a rural environment and a disappearing lifestyle....an appreciation for history and things that were.....along with the excellent care you took with the Hopkins House all mark your group with my utmost respect and admiration. Thank you! So happy you chose a rural location! You named all my favorite sounds of the day! I even like the bull frogs crying for rain when we have had too much rain. Monique and her group are welcome anytime at the Hopkins House. The Hopkins House as well as the ranch grounds were left in pristine condition. They caught the biggest fish from the pond on record and were kind enough to share the photograph. I keep returning to the photograph to admire their catch!
