Step outside in the morning with a fragrant coffee and enjoy the fantastic view over the idyllic landscape. Take a seat outside and fortify yourself with breakfast before setting off on your activities. If you would like to explore the nearby river from the water, a canoe is at your disposal.



Take a leisurely stroll to the river or take a short trip to the nearby sandy beach. Along the Tufsinga you will find quiet places to linger, and on the large Femunden there are small bays for swimming and paddling. The charming mountain town of Røros with its wooden façades and inviting cafés is well worth a day trip. Fishing enthusiasts will get their money's worth: You can try your luck for trout or pike in the river and surrounding lakes.
