Fully equipped,large master suite with king size bed and sitting area sofa opens onto queen bed , Gourmet kitchen , a large balcony,large Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower and his and hers vanity, living and dinning areas, the second bedroom features 2 queen size beds and en suite bath and shower /tub.huge Patio looking directly the beach on the fifth floor, stunning sun set view from our balcony. Perfect Location

L’Estancia is one of our most favorite properties to stay! The grounds, pool, restaurant and beach are beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive! Great for all ages!

This property is wonderful. Location, location, location!! The staff at the resort are excellent, helpful and they remembered our room number and name. We felt safe and well taken care of.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This is a beautiful property and a very well-appointed and comfortable villa. Very relaxing and quiet and away from the crowds, but just a short cab ride away from restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. We will be back!

Beautiful place!

This was our first time in Nuevo Vallarta. The villa was immaculate. Easy access to the beach and town was a short cab ride away. The owner of the villa was very informative and easy to rent from. Our vacation was five stars. Can't wait to return to Villa La Estancia!

We Very Much Enjoyed our Stay

Very well equipped condo unit, especially the kitchen. Excellent bed mattresses. Villa de Estancia is very nice resort with wonderful staff. The beach staff are outstanding. Nice to be within walking distance to Bucerias. Brenda was excellent to communicate with, very quick and responsive.

Wow!

Spectacular property in a beautiful location. Suites are spacious and comfortable. When I win the lottery, coming back for three weeks instead of just 3 days.

Dream Vacation

I do not have words to describe how wonderful this condo is! The pictures do not do it justice. The condo itself was spacious, and clean. The view was breathtaking! The resort staff is very attentive, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our entire family loved it here and can't wait to return!

Paradise

We had a great time at the Villa la Estancia in this suite. The view is incredible and the amenities are wonderful. The condo is breathtaking and impeccably decorated while having a comfortable, homey feeling. The staff is great, pool is amazing, food by the poolside delicious!! The gym was clean with nice equiptment. The only downside was that we had to leave!

Excellent apartment - nice property

Appartment is great and our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. Property is good with large pool and beautiful hot tubs facing the ocean. Carlos the pool butler is a very helpful and accommodating guy. Would recommend Be aware of the 90min voluntary commitment to review Flamingo ownership next door which took 3 hours when done.

Another great stay

Spent 12 days at La Estancia…our second visit and loved it. Only spent 2 days in 1507 as we moved out of another unit to extend our stay. Unit was great, Brenda was responsive when I reached out to sneak in the extra days. Estancia is beautiful, the staff outstanding (special mention to Raul who greeted us and made our first stay memorable and who was the first face we saw on our return, Jose and Ernesto were awesome at making us comfortable at the pool or beach and Eduardo at La Casona). Resort was clean, pools perfect, and we love the beach and proximity to Bucerías where we never fail to find great restaurants. Hope to return soon!
