A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and steam function, and a bright living area with a sofa bed offer everything for relaxed holiday days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.

The apartment is located at the entrance to Brand - quiet and close to nature, with a view of the greenery. Whether skiing, hiking or golfing - your mountain experience begins right at the doorstep. And thanks to the nearby bus stop, you remain flexible while travelling, even without a car.
