Air conditioning in the living/dining room and the master bedroom ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The master bedroom features a large box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm), its own TV, and plenty of space. On your private balcony and open terrace, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views over the Rhine Valley to the Vosges, local vineyards, and the Black Forest. The terrace has a lockable bike storage and, according to our guests, offers especially beautiful sunsets – a perfect spot to end your day. Pets are warmly welcome! Communal parking is available directly at the house. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Thanks to its ideal location between Karlsruhe and Offenburg, the apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the nature, cities, and attractions of the Black Forest. In winter, you’ll find excellent skiing opportunities and many festive Christmas markets, including the famous market in Baden-Baden and, just a short trip across the border to France, the renowned Strasbourg Christmas market.
