Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with vinyl flooring and sleeping accommodations for four. One bedroom also features a smart TV. A modern shower room with a toilet and window, as well as a guest restroom, round out the amenities.

A crib and high chair are available for families. The garden, with a lawn for sunbathing and outdoor furniture, is perfect for relaxing. Screen doors and the enclosed property ensure peace and quiet. Free parking is available.

Thanks to underfloor heating and gas heating, the house stays warm even on cool days. The house is a smoke-free property.
