Tropical South Mission Beach House - Short walk Beach & Bay, Great Location

Lovely, one level home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the ground level with a large front private patio with tropical landscaping, and a quiet location (not on the street) no stairs (good for kids and elderly) and sleeps 7. Rear patio has stainless-steel barbecue, private full size laundry/washer/dryer, beach toys, Boogie boards, Beach chairs, surfboard, kayak, stand up paddle board, etc. Updated interior with granite counters, granite island, stainless-steel appliances, updated bathrooms, sectional couch, Brazilian hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, cable TV, Netflix, free WIFI, all the amenities, most rooms have ceiling fans, living area has A/C. It's a very short walk to Mission Bay to watch Sea world fireworks or swim, or walk to the beach side to people watch on the boardwalk or take a dip in the Pacific Ocean. No pets please. Shared garage fits a medium sized car, sedan, or medium SUV. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the house...you will love the location. SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE APPROVED.

We love the south bay!

My family loved our stay. The a/c is a game changer! Location, location, location. From the pictures, I expected the house to be bigger, the size was perfect. The patio is good to relax on. There are a lot of flies but we hung some traps and washed the patio. The parking is tight. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was in a great location and generally as described. Easy checkin. The only issues we had was first, the description says there is a double bed a single bed and a bunk single bed in one of the bedrooms. We thought this meant there were 3 beds but it turns out there is only a double/single bunk bed so we were expecting another bed. That should probably be changed on the website to make it more clear. The second issue was the deposit amount of $3,000 cash felt excessive. They being said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location and Host

My family and I spent 6 great days at this house. Tyler the host was great - really enjoyed all the amenities - especially the surf boards, SUP, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Thanks to Tyler - we plan to return next year.

Great Beach House

Great beach house with everything you need for a week of fun. My favorite aspect of this place is the patio… it’s surrounded in greenery so it feels a lot more private than most of the patios in Mission. Table and chairs are also way comfortable… we spent a LOT of time relaxing on the patio!

Mission Bay Staycation

We had an enjoyable and relaxing time at Mission Bay. The property had a nice patio for visiting with one another. We stayed during the 4th of July so we were steps away from the nightly fireworks show at SeaWorld. Lots of extras to use i.e. beach chairs, sand toys, ice chests if needed. Tyler was a great help and was always very responsive along the way. Looking forward to visiting MB again soon!

Fabulous Family vacay!

This is the perfect house for a family trip to the beach , a short walking distance to the water and all the toys needed to enjoy the water were provided . We will absolutely be back !

Floors dirty, sliding glass windows filthy, shower curtain kept falling off, on/of switches of f off

Patio flies were unmanageable, hundreds of flies every day, we purchased fly swatters, garbage disposal broke for four + days did dishes by hand this place could easily be rated A - but too many negatives.

Everything was great! The problem we had was my mountain bike was stolen from back patio, behind the gate. I thought it would be safe their, so I didn't lock it.

Great location

Super happy with the location of this rental. Close walking distance of the bay or ocean. Home owner was quick to respond when I had questions. There were lots of sand toys for my little boy to play with and a basket to carry them to the beach with. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels were all available for use. Couldn’t have asked for more. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place except for all of the flies! There is something on the front patio that attracts flies.

Tyler is easy to work with. Upstairs tenant was quiet. Can’t beat the location.

Relaxing and stress-free vacation

My family and I had the most relaxing and stress free environment! The bay on one-sided and the beach on the other its perfect. This property has basically everything you need to enjoy your stay. Tyler was great he answered my questions in a timely mannor. I cant wait to come back!

Full week stay

We found this to be a very nice property and easily slept 6 of us. The kitchen is nice and well equipped and the bbq worked very well. The dishes needed to be rinses before use as some of the items were dusty but the house was in good shape. It is a quick walk to the beach and there is beach toys at the house. The garage is tight but I was able to get a minivan to barely fit inside. The manager was very responsive.

Great location & property

Really enjoyed our stay here. It's a fantastic location since it is South Mission Beach. Being away from the chaos of Belmont was fantastic not only because of noise, but because of finding a good spot on the beach. It's also a quick walk to the bay side. The patio is also really nice and the vegetation helps make you feel enclosed despite the main walkway being right outside the property.

Great location!

This was in the perfect location! Walking distance to the bay and beach! Patio was the perfect setting for our evening dinner/games. The only downside was the cleanliness. The fans were caked with dust, which I immediately cleaned all throughout the house. The microwave is also badly rusted on the inside. Overall we would stay here again!

Location, Location, Location

The Location is great! 1 minute walk to the Bay and 3 minutes to the Beach. The house furniture and bedding is dated and it could be cleaned a little better. That said it is stocked well with everything you'll need. New Grill, boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs and a wagon to tow it all to the beach. 3 TV's and a DVD player with some great movies. Garage parking is tight but very nice option! Washer/dryer are nice and front patio is very comfortable.
