Tropical South Mission Beach House - short term or long term

LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM TENANT - $5,400 per month. Send me a message. One level home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the ground level with a large front private patio with tropical landscaping, and a quiet location (not on the street) no stairs (good for kids and elderly) and sleeps 7. Rear patio has stainless-steel barbecue, private full size laundry/washer/dryer, beach toys. Updated interior with granite counters, granite island, stainless-steel appliances, updated bathrooms, sectional couch, Brazilian hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, all the amenities, most rooms have ceiling fans, living area has A/C. It's a very short walk to Mission Bay to watch Sea world fireworks or swim, or walk to the beach. No pets please. Shared garage fits a medium sized car, sedan, or medium SUV. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the house...you will love the location.

Really nice beach house in a great location. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, beach and bay. The house had beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, and paddle board that came in handy. Tyler was a great host that responded quickly. Might be coming back in December and would love to stay again.

Really sweet house right near the water!! Very short walk to the beach and bay (3-4 min) lots of fans to keep air moving. Lots of small things that were helpful - when we stayed there were coffee filters and paper plates in the cabinets. Plus plenty of towels!!!! And outdoor we used the beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and lots of sand toys! Plus there was an umbrella stroller in the garage. So nice. Our minivan would t fit in the garage but owner recommended a few places to park so we were able to park nearby with just a short walk back and forth to our car!

Beach House Close to Bay

Loved the patio and outdoor sitting. Plenty of beach toys, umbrella, and beach chairs to use. The owner even ordered a new chair as one of the ones there was damaged prior to our arrival. We had all the kitchen appliances and utensils needed during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great property for a family stay.

We had a wonderful 9 day family vacation at this property and would stay again. Great location to the bay and beach. Has AC that came in clutch at night for sleep. Had everything you needed for a great comfortable stay.

We love the south bay!

My family loved our stay. The a/c is a game changer! Location, location, location. From the pictures, I expected the house to be bigger, the size was perfect. The patio is good to relax on. There are a lot of flies but we hung some traps and washed the patio. The parking is tight. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was in a great location and generally as described. Easy checkin. The only issues we had was first, the description says there is a double bed a single bed and a bunk single bed in one of the bedrooms. We thought this meant there were 3 beds but it turns out there is only a double/single bunk bed so we were expecting another bed. That should probably be changed on the website to make it more clear. The second issue was the deposit amount of $3,000 cash felt excessive. They being said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location and Host

My family and I spent 6 great days at this house. Tyler the host was great - really enjoyed all the amenities - especially the surf boards, SUP, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Thanks to Tyler - we plan to return next year.

Great Beach House

Great beach house with everything you need for a week of fun. My favorite aspect of this place is the patio… it’s surrounded in greenery so it feels a lot more private than most of the patios in Mission. Table and chairs are also way comfortable… we spent a LOT of time relaxing on the patio!

Mission Bay Staycation

We had an enjoyable and relaxing time at Mission Bay. The property had a nice patio for visiting with one another. We stayed during the 4th of July so we were steps away from the nightly fireworks show at SeaWorld. Lots of extras to use i.e. beach chairs, sand toys, ice chests if needed. Tyler was a great help and was always very responsive along the way. Looking forward to visiting MB again soon!

Fabulous Family vacay!

This is the perfect house for a family trip to the beach , a short walking distance to the water and all the toys needed to enjoy the water were provided . We will absolutely be back !

Floors dirty, sliding glass windows filthy, shower curtain kept falling off, on/of switches of f off

Patio flies were unmanageable, hundreds of flies every day, we purchased fly swatters, garbage disposal broke for four + days did dishes by hand this place could easily be rated A - but too many negatives.

Everything was great! The problem we had was my mountain bike was stolen from back patio, behind the gate. I thought it would be safe their, so I didn't lock it.

Great location

Super happy with the location of this rental. Close walking distance of the bay or ocean. Home owner was quick to respond when I had questions. There were lots of sand toys for my little boy to play with and a basket to carry them to the beach with. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels were all available for use. Couldn’t have asked for more. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place except for all of the flies! There is something on the front patio that attracts flies.

Tyler is easy to work with. Upstairs tenant was quiet. Can’t beat the location.
