Sunny Rental Apartment on the 'Hill! Perfect for the Masters!

Charming 2-bedroom apartment located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from Augusta National Golf Club (less than 10 minutes away!!!). The apartment occupies the second floor of our historic Summerville home. If you are in need of a larger space or more beds, please feel free to check out our downstairs listing at VRBO #756238. We will be happy to rent the entire house! ;)

The air-conditioned apartment has a separate entry and contains a recently remodeled tile bathroom and two bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a full bed.

All bath and bed linens are provided.

In the event that you don't want to eat out, the apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, and a coffee pot for morning coffee. If you want to grille out following a long day of golf or shopping, a charcoal grille is available for use.

Broadband internet access and free long distance calling is available. Cable internet and cable TV access is via a 47' HD Smart TV with surround sound. If you want to watch a movie, a BluRay player is available for your viewing pleasure. The TV is able to access Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Amazon Prime.

The apartment is within walking distance to neighborhood coffee shops and local eateries and shopping.

The apartment is non-smoking but there is a screen porch where smoking is permitted.

The owners of the house occupy the main floor and will be available and happy to answer questions should they arise.

lovely home and gardens

We truly enjoyed the accommodations that Scott and Renae have provided in their lovely home. Very well appointed two bedroom apartment with lots of privacy. The hosts were there if you needed them and invisible if you didn't. Lovely neighborhood...lovely gardens and screened in porch. Highly recommend this place for time in Augusta.

Perfect Masters Accomodations!

Me and three friends stayed here four nights for the 2018 Masters. We would recommend anyone else to stay here as well. Great location between dtown and the course (allowing us to avoid the crazy traffic on Washington by art 20). More space and style than the pictures depict. Owners provided us an extra air mattress as well as a lot of personal touches - snacks, drinks, etc. Also, a great backyard for unwinding after a long day on the course. Only one bathroom/shower, but it was a nice one, w great water pressure and hot water supply. Great place to stay!

Masters getaway

This place was amazing! Exactly as described. It was spotless and the decor and memorabilia were awesome! The bedrooms were perfect and living room was comfortable with a nice TV for the National Championship game. Myself and my two adult sons had a blast. The backyard layout is perfect too. Scott and Renae were on top of everything!! Thank you for a priceless getaway with family. We will be back 100%!

Best VRBO experience ever

From before we arrived to the time we left this was the easiest and most enjoyable VRBO experience we've ever had. Scott and Renae were the perfect hosts. Their attention to detail, selection and placement of furniture, decorations, supplies, appliances as well as instructions for TV and internet were flawless. The location was only minutes away from all the places we wanted to visit including Augusta National Golf Course and fine restaurants. Excellent hosts

They accommodated our needs at all times. A very cozy house in a friendly neighborhood. We were lucky to find this place. Owners are very nice and sweet people. I definitely recommend!

Wonderful rental, clean and great location.

I spent a month in this apartment while studying at the Augusta Medical Center, which is about a 10 min drive. The unit is clean, the owners are wonderful and met my every need. The location is great, and is within walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay her again!

Neat, tidy and comfortable

We loved it! It was close to The Masters, and a short drive to major shopping centres and downtown restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and felt just like home. We would certainly stay there again.

What a great home away from home!!!!

This rental was better than described, the property is very clean and well-maintained with the nicest little sitting area outside to relax in. Scott and Renee's hospitality is top notch, snacks and wine in the kitchen,a great TV, and comfy chairs to watch it from. I would recommend this home away from home to any of my friends or family. PERFECT for Augusta Half Ironman!!!

We arrived late on Friday evening and had no issues entering into the apartment; Scott and Renae even left the lights on for us. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. There was a basket of fruits and snacks on the counter and waters and a bottle of wine in the fridge! The apartment was less than 2.5 miles from the half ironman. It was a perfect location for us!! We met Renae and she was so kind! We even met one of her neighbors who saw us, hopped out of his car, and chatted with us about the half ironman. It was our first time to Augusta and, boy, is this town full of hospitality! If we ever come back to Augusta, this apartment will be our top choice!! Thank you so much, Scott and Renae! You helped to make our weekend stress-free!

Wonderful stay, all the details taken care of.

The apartment in Scott and Renae's home in Augusta was perfect for my trip to the Masters. My father and I stayed here very comfortably, and it's a short drive to the tournament. The accommodations were wonderful, as stated in the post subject all of the little details were taken care of...I can not stress this enough. Coffee, creamer, snacks, robe, slippers, TV, wifi, and even a bottle of wine. Simply amazing, hopefully someday I will come back to the Masters again, and I will certainly be staying here if it is not already booked. Other positives: Off street parking Several good restaurants within walking distance Easy drive to Masters...avoid I-20 traffic Ross

Fantastic spot for the Masters and Augusta

Stayed at this lovely apartment for the weekend of the Masters 2016. My father-in-law and I found the accommodations first rate! Beds were comfortable, water pressure great, and we really appreciated the basket of goodies (and a bottle of wine) after a long day at the golf course! Their location is PERFECT to drive into Augusta National - arrive from a different direction than the masses! Getting in and out was a breeze. 10-15 minutes each way. The apartment is also close to downtown and the river, so everything is nearby. The 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of space and very nice furnishings throughout. Scott and Renae were really helpful and we enjoyed meeting them both. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It's obvious they take great pride in their home and the apartment. We hope we get Masters tickets again- if we do, we hope to return to this apartment!

Great spot in Augusta

This is the pefect situation if you are visiting Augusta. 10 minute drive to the Masters. Clean, safe neighborhood. The apartment is more of a mini luxury hotel. Scott was great and helpful and has taken great care of this property. You couldn't ask for anything more.

Such a great value for Ironman Augusta 70.3!!

Staying here was such a blessing, having your own room and your own kitchen for each day saves so much money and you can control the quality of food that you eat before the big race. The apartment is decorated really cool in a movie theme, with really quaint antique furnishings in the bedrooms. The house is really close to the race site, very clean, a Keurig in the kitchen, nice linens with comfortable beds, and a hi tech video/sound system! Renae and Scott are so sweet and helpful too, we had no problems at all! There is also a quaint little garden in the back yard that is a great spot for dinner and a little meditation time before the race. Can't say enough great things about this rental!!

Peaceful ironman stay

This apartment is a 5-10 drive from the Ironman expo, transition, and swim start. Everything we needed to have in the kitchen for cooking pre-race meals was there. The apartment is nicely decorated, had fresh flowers and snacks waiting and even a bottle of wine. Beds were firm and comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. The sitting area was a great place to lay things out for transition prep and we were able to store our bikes on the locked porch. It was a special touch to see Renae and Scott volunteering at the expo. We would stay again if we race at Augusta again.

Perfect Location, Great Place

We quickly booked this VRBO with very little time to research as soon as I found out I got practice tickets for the Masters. As described, this VRBO is in a quiet neighborhood very close. We left the VRBO at 7am on Tuesday morning, and were parked at Augusta National by 7:20. We thought we would be stuck in traffic, but we left at the perfect time. Scott and Renae were very nice, and the wine and goodies were a nice touch. The apartment is super clean, the bathroom is nice with great water pressure, and we had plenty of room. The Keurig in the kitchen was great to have. Would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity, and would recommend to anyone. Lastly, the deposit was refunded before we even got home.

What a lovely place to stay! Scott and Renae provided wonderful accomodations and amenities. Easy driving distance from the Masters with minimal traffic. The apartment was comfortable and private. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Augusta area.

Great location for Masters Tournament

Scott and Renae were a pleasure were a pleasure to work with. Great communication from start to finish. They refunded the security deposit the day after our departure. The location is perfect - only a 10-15 minute drive to the golf course. Walking distance to some nice shops and restaurants. The house is located in a quaint historic neighborhood. Beautiful accommodations with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Fresh flowers, water bottles and snacks were a nice touch! Thank you! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Augusta.

Great Ironman Stay

First, Scott and Renae made us feel right at home. The accommodations were very clean and well furnished. So well furnished in fact that we realized that we packed to heavy, Scott and Renae provided everything form linens, to stemware etc. You will carry more than you need trust me. We did make a few requests and our hosts worked with us to accommodate our request making our stay perfect. The location to and from downtown for the race was a short drive, best of all it was on the "Right" side of the race routes making coming and going for our spectators easy. The accommodations were perfect for our stay, but Scott and Renae really made our stay enjoyable. We will be back to take another go at Ironman.
