Whether it’s a long walk, a day at the beach, strolling along the impressive Priwall Promenade, or just a quick trip to the supermarket: The very well-maintained House 11 is ideally located—everything is within walking distance!

The House
With 4 rooms, the house accommodates up to 6 people in approximately 109 m²:

The wide glass front facing the terrace provides stunning natural light in the living area.
When temperatures drop, the wood-burning stove warms the house.

You can conveniently charge your electric car at the home’s own charging station.

Living Area
Spacious, light-filled, and inviting: The magnificent glass front creates a special atmosphere in the vacation home. Another eye-catcher is the flat-screen TV with internet access, which is clearly visible as it’s mounted high on the ceiling.

Kitchen Area
The kitchen island is well-equipped and serves as the focal point of the living area. Among other things, you’ll find the following amenities here:

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 each), which are pushed together to form double beds. The third bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds (80 x 200). Each bedroom features a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. The bedroom windows are equipped with screens.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a sauna, a whirlpool tub (for up to 2 people), a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. The windows in the bathroom are equipped with fly screens.

Outdoor Area & Parking
Whether you’re reading a book on the two sun loungers, using the barbecue fireplace, or simply soaking up the sun: The huge terrace offers the ultimate vacation experience and ensures maximum relaxation! A sunshade provides ample sun protection for those looking to stay cool on the south-facing terrace.
Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house.
Pets are welcome in this non-smoking accommodation.

Important booking information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious vacation homes, offers you a relaxing vacation on the Priwall in Travemünde—in a quiet, beachfront location right on the waterfront. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 meters.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller vacation home for a small group or an XXL vacation rental with its own pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the right vacation home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all vacation accommodations at the resort, and dogs are also allowed in many vacation homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each vacation home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex.
Parking spaces are located right next to the houses.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Strandblick Village 1 vacation village on the Travemünde-Priwall


At the Strandblick vacation resort, Village 1, exclusive vacation homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each vacation home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
