The house impresses with its high-quality amenities and a private wellness oasis featuring its own sauna and bathtub—ideal for relaxing after a long walk on the beach. The spacious living-dining area with a fireplace and a 60-inch TV is perfect for cozy evenings. A special highlight is the upstairs bedroom with a direct view of the water.

For dog owners, the “Seestern” is a real gem: up to two dogs can stay for free. The natural dog beach with shallow waters at the marina is only about 200 meters away. The surrounding fields and meadows offer endless paths for long walks right from the front door.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a side-by-side refrigerator and an induction stove, leaves nothing to be desired. Outside, you’ll find a terrace with a seasonal beach chair. With space for up to 4 adults and one toddler (extra beds available for 2 additional guests), the house is ideal for families and small groups.
