Vacation Apartment 108 in Haus Atlantik is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This modern vacation apartment with a west-facing balcony is located on the first floor, right next to the pier in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. With an area of approximately 53 m², this well-equipped apartment—featuring a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony—offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The beach is about 50 meters from Haus Atlantik.

In the living area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a comfortable sofa. On the balcony, which offers a side view of the sea, you can enjoy the scenery and the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The kitchenette integrated into the living room is very well equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. The cozy dining area is also located in the living area.

The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have wardrobes and blackout curtains.

Of course, the vacation rental also has a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have tiled floors. A rug in front of the couch and runners in the bedrooms add to the apartment’s cozy atmosphere. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

The exclusive Haus Atlantik, which has an elevator, is situated in a prime location on the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement for a fee. A bicycle storage room is located in the underground parking garage. Parking space No. 89 in the underground garage (maximum height 2.00 m) is included with the vacation apartment.

The exclusive Atlantik apartment building is located directly on the pier and the beautiful beach promenade of Kühlungsborn. The beach is only 50 m away. The well-maintained courtyard of the apartment building invites you to relax. You can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or by elevator. The Atlantik building offers a lockable bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Each vacation apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
