Comfortable 56m² vacation apartment with terrace for 4 people and dog

Stay in a comfortable vacation apartment close to the center of Kühlungsborn Ost. Here, you’ll find approximately 56 m² of living space on the first floor. This space is divided into 2 bedrooms, a living area with an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. During your vacation, this quietly located apartment offers you a pleasant place to stay. The beach is only about 750 meters away.

The inviting living area welcomes you with a modern leather sofa set. For cozy evenings, a flat-screen TV and a collection of books are at your disposal. Free Wi-Fi is also available. From here, you can step out onto the apartment’s sheltered terrace through the double doors.

The kitchen is modernly integrated into the living area and features a 4-zone induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are, of course, also provided. The dining table across from the kitchen seats 4 people.

You can relax in the vacation rental’s two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. The second bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed and a small closet. Curtains are hung at the windows.

The spacious shower room with a window is well-equipped with a toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. Vinyl flooring has been installed in the living area. The bedrooms of the vacation rental are the exception; they feature laminate flooring.

Bicycles can be stored in a bike storage room in the underground parking garage.

You can park your car in the underground garage in parking space no. 25 (max. parking height 1.50 m; not suitable for SUVs, vans, or lowered cars). For guests whose vehicles are too large for the underground garage and who are staying for at least 7 days, a parking space is provided free of charge in the parking garage near the EDEKA.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the building’s common areas and can be used for a fee.

The Strandstraße 16 apartment building is located in the center of Kühlungsborn Ost. This vacation complex was built in the tradition of seaside resort architecture. The property features well-maintained green spaces and a courtyard with a reading corner. In the main building, guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entrance area, which includes a seating area. A common room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is also available in the main building.

Each vacation apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
