This beach house is of certain uniqueness with both a traditional and contemporary design. You will find the bed frames to be built from hand carved logs and a one of a kind round eight person wooden table with a tree trunk for its’ base. You will enjoy the warmth sitting close to the hand built stone propane fireplace and hearth.
This rental also includes a spa retreat element of offering the enjoyment of a deluxe leather full body IComfort massage chair, steam shower with jet soaker tub or the opportunity for you to experience a cleansing, detoxifying feeling in a two person infra-red sauna. The beach house also offers a private hot and cold outdoor shower for cooling down or washing the sand away. Once the sand is washed away, there is a five person hottub on the front patio with an open oceanview that is sure to relax you.
If you enjoy cooking, you will be in a paradise as you prepare your seaside meal overlooking the ocean and rolling waves with dining options in the screened in porch or, out on the flagstone patio at the picnic table overlooking the ocean or inside the 14” vaulted ceiling panoramic ocean view dining room. The property also offers an outdoor wood burning fire pit and grill. Shop for your menu items at the local grocery store, mussel farm or lobster pound and accompany it should you choose with a paired wine from the local NSLC.
If you rather an evening out, there are several options to choose from ranging from fish and chip diner atmospheres to fine cuisine ocean front dining restaurants.
Build sandcastles, fly kites, surf, kite surf, read a book on the beach, or just walk barefoot in the sand…relax and enjoy!

This space offers a getaway to play darts, watch the coastal wildlife & waves even sleep the night or take a nap on the pull out sofa.
This space is approximately 100’ from the main cottage and does not offer bathroom or kitchen facilities. Guests bring their own bedding for the couch. $400/stay
Local Attraction:
Clam Harbour Beach is a long, wide sandy beach known for having great sand castle building sand. Every year there is an annual sand castle competition held at this beach and some of the castles are simply amazing. This beach also offers an amazing Coastal Trail filled with lots of 'secret beaches' along the way.
Martinique Beach is Nova Scotia’s longest beach with 5 km of white sand.
Others attractions of the Eastern Shore: Webber's Campground on Lake Charlotte offering kayak, paddle boat and canoe rentals, Memory Lane Heritage Village, East Jeddore Lobster World Seafood, Ship Harbour Mussel Farm, and Willy Krauch's Smoked Salmon (all within 5-30 minutes of Clam Bay) Please be advised there are two outdoor security cameras that monitor the driveway. One is located at the side porch screen door viewing the top of the driveway and the other is mounted to the front of the porch viewing the bottom of the driveway.
