Great family get-away

Family loved large open spaces, hot tub, and proximity to Winter Park. The cupola was a bonus for all the amazing views!

Very family friendly, great for large groups.

Great stay. Went hiking and had lots of outdoor family time. Kitchen was well stocked.

Enjoyed the property

Our family really enjoyed the property. So much to do at the property and very close to town. Th care taker were also very friendly and helpful.

Great Family Getaway

Our family of ten (ranging in age from 2 months to 63!) fit perfectly in this homey cabin. We enjoyed the fire, hot tub and games. Our hosts were very responsive and everything was as described. I highly recommend this getaway-- regardless of the season!!

Wonderful home on a great property

We had such a wonderful time at this home. It is a huge home set on many acres with great hiking right out the back door. Also fairly close to Rocky Mountain National Park. We hope to be able to come back and enjoy this property again someday.

We had a great time at the Sitzmark Ranch.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Playground, volleyball, and basketball for the kids and fire pit, hot tub, and covered porch for the adults. The location was great, easy in and out. The design of the house is a little odd, but the tower was worth it!

Met expectations!!!

Beautiful home and property. Very spacious with easy access to town and activities. We had 8 adults and 3 kids...plenty of room. Would definitely recommend for a group/family.

Awesome! Beautiful Home!

This property and location was great. The property is comfortable and spacious. We were a party of 12 and still had space. It was about 10 mins in to town with very easy access. Daisy the property caretaker was great, she checked up on us to see if we needed anything and was never intrusive. Excellent stay would highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience.

Fabulous home in perfect location - homely with plenty of room for our family reunion of 12 adults. Very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable with warm, good quality duvets. Owner was very responsive both prior and during our stay - nothing was too much trouble! Would have no hesitation recommending this lovely home.

Thanksgiving holiday for Nine

Very well equipped kitchen, meal seating was scattered, hot tub looks at parking area of other tenants. Definitely fit our group size, but could use some interior maintenance. Property had great outdoor snowshoeing space for winter.

Mardi Gras Getaway from Louisiana

We were 11 people. 8 adults 3 children. We all enjoyed house & area. Places for kids (old & young) enjoyed sliding, building a snowman & experiencing the snow for first timers. Even had a wedding proposal. Great place!

Great location between Winter park and Granby.

The Hot tub and fireplace were nice. Check in and out were easy. Nice sectional so everyone could set around. The reason for 3 stars, all 5 couples at night got extremely hot. Maybe the mattresses.. Thermostat set on 67.

We did replace the mattresses and sheets. We also added some nice sun blinds to help with some of the heat. We have found it very helpful to open up a couple of doors for 30 minutes if the upstairs gets too hot, which certainly works in February, but is also very effective in the summer since the nights are fairly cool in Fraser.

A Fabulous Family Reunion

The property was more remote than the listing made it appear...something that delighted us (but it was still only 5 minutes from the grocery store). The house was beautiful, but we delighted even more in walking around the woods and visiting the teepee and seeing some deer.

Well stocked, comfortable

Stayed here with 8 friends for a long weekend of golfing and outdoor fun. This property is in a great location and has plenty of room for outside games and relaxation. Kitchen was the best stocked (pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, etc.) that I have ever seen. Beds very comfortable; great owner and on-site host/caretaker. Would recommend.

The property and house is so beautiful!

The house is so big that it doesn’t feel like you are on top of one another which is very nice. The weather is beautiful there in June! 70-80s during the day with a nice breeze and then down to the 40s at night. Everything that said was provided was and if there was anything we needed they made sure we had it! Frank and the caretakers are very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious and Quiet

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 10 guys on a ski weekend. The living area is spacious with large couches. The porch is large and gets you out into the forest. There were 3 large rooms with single large beds, one small room with 2 beds, and a large room with 2 large beds and 4 bunk beds. There is a hot tub on the back enclosed porch area - clean and hot. The owner was easy to work with.
