Great!

We had a great stay at the Four Season! The villa was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. It was very family friendly- the staff even baby-proofed the glass coffee table before we arrived! Great overall service and a lovely location.

Property location was beautiful. Housekeeping was nice, all amenities worked great.(2) Complaints: -Made several requests prior to arrival to be on the 1st floor. I traveled with my 80 year old parents who do not handle stairs well. We were placed on 2nd floor with no elevator access. I am not sure how that is acceptable for a Four Seasons.-Constant ant issue in all area's of the condo, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc... Reported it to several staff members. Housekeeping would spray, ants would be back next day. No acceptable resolution.Again, a great property, friendly staff. Really could have been an exceptional stay if not for having to carry groceries up a flight of stairs and dealing with daily ant visitors.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful property and friendly staff, although we're sorry certain aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. As discussed prior to booking, room preferences are requests and cannot be guaranteed. The resort does its best to accommodate guests based on availability, which can be limited when the property is fully booked. We also understand how frustrating the recurring ant issue must have been, especially without a satisfactory resolution for you. While the resort staff made efforts to address the issue, limited availability may have prevented them from offering an alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, we weren't made aware of these concerns during your stay and would have been happy to assist where possible. We appreciate your feedback and opportunity to host you. We hope you will consider us again!

Perfection for Girls weekend

Aviara couldn't of been the most perfect location for crazy RHOOC (Real Housewives of Orange County) fans.. We definitely relaxed and had a blast.. The views are so amazing and the whole time felt like you were in your own home..

Love it here!

This is a beautiful property. It’s everything a vacation is supposed to be. The rooms are large, clean, and stocked with the finest amenities. The restaurant and pool food are excellent, the service is the best, and the location is close to the beach, Legoland, and many other activities. We had a mini family reunion there and everyone had a great time.

fun, sun and relaxation

This was the 2nd year in a row that we visited Four Season Aviara. It is a beautiful place with lovely "condo-like" rooms that work-out great for our needs traveling with two young children (4&6 yrs old). Phenomenal staff and fun activities right on site for all ages...Spa service, fitness center, kids club, Smores and my personal favorite movie night by the pool.
