This 3bdr, 3 ba condo is over 2,200 sq ft has upgraded kitchen with granite counter top and large kitchen island. Included is a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances and wet bar. There is a second master bedroom and bath. The 3rd bedroom features bunk beds to sleep up to 4 kids. The designers took this new project to a new level by focusing on new floor plans and larger living space. The Sonoran Sky is an individual tower, with absolutely direct and unobstructed views of the spectacular Sky of Cortez. Amenities include swim up bar, convenience store, 1 pool with a slide, 1 heated pool, beautiful negative edge pool that looks like it flows out to the ocean. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The check-in instructions clear and the host replied to our questions within minutes. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing place!

Super amazing place to stay. The location is absolutely wonderful and the views are amazing. The check in process is super quick and easy. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely place very comfortable

Great place and very comfortable! The jacuzzi on the balcony topped it off!! Would definitely book again. Convenient and close to the pools and downstairs.

Beautiful beach front condo

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonoran Sky Resort. The condo was very nice, the facilities were great and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed doing a number of activities right off the beach in front of the resort.

Exceptional views!

The condo is amazing. The 2nd floor condo gives easy access to the pool and beach. Love the swim up Tiki Bar, Sports bar and restaurant. Definitely will stay again!!!

We had a great time on our trip, though the place needs quite a few of repairs and some updating. The resort is lovely, great pool.

Perfect location!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for Memorial Day weekend....perfect for 2 families. The view was spectacular and being on the second floor was perfect for ease back and forth between the condo and beach/pool. What I loved most is it is quieter than some of the large resorts. On the holiday weekend, there was still plenty of room on the beach without being crowded out.

Great location and views!

We were all very comfortable in this condo over the weekend! The extra comforters were perfect for watching tv on the couch. Very cozy! This place had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable too! Thank you ! Would definitely stay here again!!

Very Nice Resort Room

Great Resort spot. Internet/wifi is very spotty but atleast we were able to get a channel for my parents 😅. Other than that, very nice, clean place.

Great place!

We loved the condo and property! There were 9 of us and we were all very comfortable. We even went for a massage at the spa and it was one of the best I've ever had. My only suggestion is to bring your own towels for the pool. There is no towel service at this resort.

Great condo at the Sky!

This was my first experience staying at the Sky and we absolutely loved it. The unit was clean, very well stocked and a great kitchen. Being on the 2nd floor was great with a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. Very comfortable! The only thing lacking was body soap for the showers. But we loved that it had 3 bathrooms instead of just 2 like the other Sonoran resorts.

Great property!

This was a great condo! Super clean and nice. The resort was much nicer then we expected. I am not faulting the owner in this but the food at the resort was not fresh. Also there were no garbage bags, and towels were minimal. But other then that great property we will be back!

Good for families

We had 2 families, 9 of us total staying here. The bunk beds were great for the boys to share and sleep in. Plenty of space to eat and lounge around. Only thing, there were not any beach towels. We had to go to Wal Mart to buy some. Being that it’s a beach property I’d expect towels to be provided. Also very dusty, the furniture was very dusty in every room. Great communication with the property owners.

Was a very nice resort!!! Amazing view from balcony

This rental is amazing! Beautiful resort. Clean and has everything you could need. The owner is nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. My only complaint is there was no hot water. Come to find out you have to turn a knob or something to turn on. Maybe put a notice by shower so ppl see it. I would and have recommended this place to others and had a great time!

I wish you would have asked me about the hot water when you were there. The maid sometimes flips the switch to turn it off when she leaves. Easy fix!! Thanks again!

Recommended

The condo was very family friendly. Very clean. Great view. The only issue were the beds. They were a little too firm and uncomfortable for our taste. But overall everything else was great. Easy and convenient access to enter condo with smart lock.

Great location, but evening insect problem

The location of this condo is optimal for a great beach vacation in Rocky Point. My family enjoyed the easy access to the pool, beach, and town and local restaurants. Easy check-in and plenty of parking. Great beach experience and bar! The only downside to our stay (and the reason for the downgrade to 3 stars) was the mosquito problem in the evening as the insects access the condo via the bathroom vents. It made it difficult to sleep and when I contacted the owner we were supplied with a can of OFF. The mosquitoes made the chance for a good night’s rest challenging.

The mosquitoes were an issue for the entire beach during your stay. The humidity and high heat made them especially bad. There was nothing I or anyone else could do about it. My property manager went to town to get you the Off trying to help you. We figured something was better than nothing.
