Enjoy direct access to Marott Park, known for its scenic walking trails, and unwind by the riverfront, where the tranquil sounds of the water and the surrounding nature provide the ultimate relaxation spot. With river rocks lining the White River, you can sit by the water and bask in the sun’s warmth or enjoy your favorite book.
This property features two large decks—perfect for cooking out, entertaining, or simply enjoying nature. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Each unit offers three comfortable bedrooms on the upper level, and the North side (larger duplex) includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for up to 16 guests, including dishes, pots, pans, and dinnerware. The bathrooms come with plush towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Lisa was wonderful and prompt in meeting any and all of our needs. She was a great host all around! Highly recommend for group stays!

Great Indy location for a family
This duplex allowed our family the space we needed so we never felt on top of each other. Great location, close to family and our favorite places.

Great Stay
We stayed the weekend in Indianapolis with the family. Very nice place to stay. Close to nice area Broad Ripple. Communication with the owner was perfect. It’s a duplex so it’s perfect for multiple families.

A great location with the duplex set up that was great for a large family get together. We visited with 3 families with young kids and a dog. Plenty of room for all! Both have private entrances which can easily operate as independent properties or easy to go between utilizing back doors off shared deck. Everything is modernized and host was easy to communicate with!

Graduation Celebration Weekend
Traveled to Indianapolis for a weekend to see family at a graduation celebration. We enjoyed our stay at the property which offered the space for my family.

Absolutely amazing
My friends and I stayed at this house for almost a full week. It was absolutely perfect and exactly as advertised. Lisa is so welcoming and friendly, we can't wait to stay again!

We went for a girls trip weekend and we had 8 people total with us. We rented both units and it was perfect with plenty of room to sleep for everyone. The house was close to the downtown area and easy to get to. We went in November and the fall colors were beautiful at the house! One suggestion I would have is to make sure there is more toilet paper stocked and easily available. Lisa was a great host!!!

For future guest we stock extra toilet paper and paper towels in the basement on the bottom shelf along with extra large kitchen essentials for cooking. Rivers edge vacation
My family group of 5 plus our dog had a great 4 day stay at Rivers Edge. We very much liked the closeness to the Broad Ripple area just south for evening meals. The property also had great access to the nearby park. It was as advertised inside in the North-side unit that we occupied. Definitely recommended.

Attractive River’s Edge
Easy check in process. Great communication with property owner. Great, attractive property with River and trails nearby. Attention to details and even decorated for Christmas as we were renting over the Christmas Holidays. Outstanding owner who made us feel welcome in her home.

Great location
Thanks, Lisa for a great weekend at your home! We appreciate being able to have the family have a central location for our wedding. Everyone enjoyed being at the house and we were just minutes away from the church where our wedding was held. Communicating with Lisa was easy and she addressed issues quickly and efficiently. It's a great location and a quiet neighborhood with lots of eateries and places to go nearby!

The perfect stay for FFA
This house was PERFECT for our group during the FFA convention. It housed all of us comfortably. It’s far enough away from the bustle of city life and the fire pit became a much needed gathering spot after the fighting the crowds at convention. Lisa was welcoming and the communication was there from the very beginning. We will definitely be back for convention and will hopefully stay with Lisa again!
