COVID-19 Information: We take our guests and cleaners safety very seriously. We implement CDC cleaning guidelines including disinfecting all touch points as well as switching out comforters for each stay. Our Cleaners will be wearing masks while cleaning and we will also be spacing out our renters at least 72 hours apart. Once our cleaners clean and disinfect, we try to give the cabin at least 48 hours of no one being in the cabin at all so it can "detox" before your check in.

The following is recommended from the CDC that we are following that could affect your stay so PLEASE READ BEFORE booking:

- According to SB County Covid-19 Law: Only members of immediate family/ those living in the same house normally will be allowed to rent/ stay in the same rental.

- To keep things as safe per instructions of the CDC we have removed extra blankets, throw pillows and decorative pillows from the cabin.

- We recommend cleaning all dishes, utensils, glass wear, cups etc before using. We cannot guarantee that the cleaners have cleaned every single one before your arrival.

- To keep the town of Big Bear Lake Healthy- you are required to wear a mask while off the property outside anywhere in Big Bear Lake where you might come within 6 feet of someone who is not staying in your cabin. Please respect this rule as we want to keep Big Bear and all our visitors healthy.

- We ask that you please bring your own groceries. Big Bear is a small town and they have asked that only locals shop at the grocery stores otherwise they will have supply chain issues. The restaurants are open for safe pick up and delivery.

- Since we are cleaning the home and then for your safety leaving it unoccupied after cleaning, we will not be doing our usual day of inspection. This could mean extra dust, cobwebs, ants, leaves on decks, light bulbs that blew out that day or other minor issues can arise.. We apologize for that but again our main goal is to keep you safe.

Due to extreme shortages we will not be able to leave any extra cleaning supplies for your use other than dish sponge and dish soap. We DO provide hand soap in each bathroom. But we won’t have cleaners such as lysol, clorox wipes etc. Please feel free to bring your own.

We do have TOILET PAPER! We will be leaving 2 rolls of TP per toilet!

There is a NO SMOKING property. That includes inside AND outside the cabin. Sorry, we have been finding too many cigarette butts outside and can no longer allow.

Milo Bear Cabin is a dog friendly cabin in Big Bear Lake just minutes from golf, the zoo, Big Bear Village and the lake! With amazing views of both Bear and Summit mountain from the hot tub/grilling deck.

This authentic 2 story cabin retreat boasts scenic views of both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit - while less than a mile away from golf, Bear Mountain ski, zoo and a 5 minute drive to the lake (kayaking, jet ski, boating) and Big Bear Village! Milo Bear Cabin is conveniently located in Lower Moonridge, close to all activities in the Big Bear area.

The highlight of the cabin is the raised private deck with a grill, picnic table, chairs and the jacuzzi you have to sit in to take in the sunset! Unlike most in Big Bear we clean the spa the morning of your stay! Yes, just hours before you arrive we have our own spa person who comes and cleans the spa just for your stay.

If you want to rough it, We also have a wood burning stove which keeps the entire cabin warm with a firewood supplier right next door!

We allow all breeds of dogs and built a dog fence around the entire deck and fenced in lower yard so you can bring all your family members.

Modern amenities include brand new flat parking deck for 4 cars, hardwood floors, wood beam / plank ceilings, outdoor hot tub, tankless water heater (so you’ll never run out of hot water), propane grill and new heating system with ducts in all rooms.

We leave super soft bath sheet sized towels in each room so you'll never run out.

For kids (and the young at heart), there is also a Playstation 2 in the upstairs bunk-bed room with a fun assortment of video games.

The fully stocked kitchen (including wine glasses, beer pilsner glasses, plates, silverware, spices, condiments, teas, coffee filters, sponge, allows you to enjoy home cooked meals upon our authentic log dining table. The spacious deck also has a picnic table and new propane barbecue, perfect for guests who can’t get enough of the spectacular mountain views from Milo Bear Cabin. Not in the mood to cook? You can order takeout or dine in at one of the many fine local restaurants. (Menus included in our welcome binder)

The master bedroom upstairs features a California King bed, brand new hypoallergenic luxury bedding, and a breathtaking mountain view.

The bathroom is located on the first floor and features new tile and dual shower heads special built for our taller guests.

After a long day of skiing. snowboarding, hiking, or shopping, unwind with a bubble bath or soak in the spa while gazing at the stars. Milo Bear Cabin offers you the perfect getaway experience to share with your significant other, family, and friends.

Milo Bear Cabin is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We are not looking to rent this out as a 'party house.' There are other places in Moonridge and Big Bear for that type of getaway. While we want you to enjoy your time here, the official quiet hours of Big Bear Lake are 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. You may use the spa after 10 p.m. but shhh... :)

The main renter must be at least 25 years old.
