Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

FOR LARGER GROUPS, Our sister property VRBO/Homeaway #784598 directly next door can be rented as well!

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second guest suite bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed and a huge private bathroom offering a full size soaking tub and shower combination with quartz decking around the tub.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen smart televisions.

Outstanding stay -- 10/10

Everything about the property and the service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend. We traveled with a 3 yo and a 3 month old, and it was a perfect setup. The Unit is very spacious , though we spent almost all of our time outside on the screened-in porch with an unimpeded view, sitting on the sand, or at the pool. The location is very convenient, with a variety of restaurants and stores within 100 yards of the driveway entrance. It was also quiet, particularly compared the rest of Seven Mile Beach. John, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, without any hesitation.

Spectacular Property, Location & Host!

We were a family of 4 and stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year's. This property exceeded our expectations! It is truly beachfront and comes with paddleboards, floats, life jackets, beach towels and great beach furniture. The layout is terrific, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, as were the bathrooms. The condo is very tech friendly with Sonos capabilities throughout the property and flat screens with streaming in living room and each bedroom.Not having visited Grand Cayman before we wanted to be in a central location and we were thrilled to find this property was right in the mix of many restaurants. 3 min drive from a very nice grocery, on site tennis and pickleball courts. The host, John, was exceptionally responsive. From restaurant recommendations to questions on how to access the streaming services he was very focused on ensuring we had a great vacation. We can't wait to return!

Outstanding Condo and Great Amenities!

We had an Excellent experience at this property. The host, John, was the best host we’ve ever experienced after staying at many VRBO properties over the years. The Condo is exactly as advertised and more. Excellent water toys for the beach, including beach chairs, floats, paddle boards and towels. The facility was also the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had as well. It felt like our home away from home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cayman. The beach was awesome. Wonderful family vacation away from the snow. John communicated often and was very attentive. Thanks so much, John!

Beachfront walk out , great location

Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. They provided paddle boards, beach toys, extra beach chairs. Umbrellas and loungers directly outside the unit so you didn’t have to battle for space or shade. Loved hearing the waves lull us to sleep at night

Great Vacation

Highly recommended beachfront condo rental. Everything about this rental made for a great family vacation. Location: The condo’s screened in patio opens right on to the sand. The unit is on the southern end of 7-mile beach (just north of the Marriott). A beautiful grocery store is a 3-minute drive. A 6-minute drive to Georgetown. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo: The owner has side by side units (6 & 7). We stayed in #6. The 3-bedroom layouts are mirror images. Both are beautiful. (#7 is decorated more modern). Our condo was beautifully appointed and all furniture in perfect condition. . Very comfortable for our 6 adults & 1 child. High chair & pack ‘n play provided. Large fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. We ate all meals in the screened in porch with the sound of waves. The owner has included all the comforts of home (soap/shampoo in all showers, Q-tips,beach towels, some dishwasher & laundry soap, games). There is an entire garage full of beach games, snorkel gear, paddle boards, kid’s beach toys. The complex has a tennis court. Each side of the tennis court has pickleball lines painted with a portable net. The court has flowering bushes growing on the perimeter fence—beautiful. There is a nice pond with ducks & turtles in the middle of the complex. Our 2 year old grandchild loved feeding bread to the turtles. There is a very nice pool / hot tub / outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. We loved the grill…the hot tub was rarely hot eno

Cayman Beach Condo

Had a great stay - property owner was very communicative, especially considered that a tropical storm just blew in the week prior to our stay. He was very understanding to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, despite some limitations due to weather conditions. Condo was clean, refreshing, and overall property association was enjoyable. Garage had everything you would have wanted for the beach, which was an overall plus! Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip to Cayman

We loved our stay at Laguna Del Mar! The home had everything we needed with beautiful furnishings and finishes. We had three adult couples and an infant in our family and everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach access was immediately outside the screened porch and provided a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.

Family Trip

The condos are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Being able to step out of the screened in porch onto the beach was so wonderful. We had little ones that could nap while we still enjoyed the beach and ocean. The host John was so quick to respond to any question. We would love to stay again. It was a perfect location for our family.

Amazing condo! Amazing owner!

There are not enough glowing words to express how wonderful this condo is. It is truly the nicest place we have ever stayed on vacation. The condo is well stocked, extremely comfortable, and in a convenient location. The view cannot be beat! We were sad to leave and hope to return SOON! The owner, John, was very prompt and responsive to any and all questions or requests that we had. He is, by far, the best owner we’ve dealt with in all of our VRBO rentals, and made our vacation much more enjoyable.

Exceeded every expectation!

The property is even better than the pictures, and our host, John truly was ABOVE AND BEYOND accomodating! From the moment we walked in the front door, the view of the beach with waves lapping upon the sand literally 5-6 feet away from our patio was breathtaking. The sound of the gentle lapping waves was glorious and the kids loved walking right out into the ocean for some excellent snorkeling! The interior of the home is beautifully decorated and really comfortable - the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need making it very easy to prepare meals and enjoy them with the ocean view. What made this stay really stand out were the hosts - from the day we were set to check in, we recieved proactive communication via text from our host giving us information about traffic patterns, what to expect on the road when we arrived, and how best to drive to the condo. He also informed us of incoming weather to pay attention to, as well as set proper expectations about a recent storm that had passed through and what to expect on the beaches. Any time we had a question we would simply text him and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He made excellent recommendations for local dining, water activities and shopping as well. Their garage is filled to the brim with all kinds of beach gear and fun things to do -masks, snorkels, fins, pickleball, tennis, boogie boards, paddle boards, floats, beach chairs, etc! I could go on and on but I'm out of room- we'll be back!

Great Condo

Everything was perfect and owner easy to communicate with. Condo was well stocked with anything you would need. Close to and walkable to restaurants, big hotels, Camana Bay, and even to George Town. Would stay again.

The condo was Absolutely amazing. It was even better than the pictures and description. Having the beach right out the back door was fantastic. John was helpful with questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. We will stay here again!

Great location

John was great with communicating with us during our stay. The condo was fully stocked with all we needed plus more. Being right on the beach was definitely convenient for all of us to just walk out and go snorkeling or swimming. Grocery/liquor/dive stores are all within a short 15min walk. Memorable trip for my family and looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful Place

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cayman and staying in the house. This house had many things included that made the trip both inside the unit and in a storage unit with all kinds of beach amenities. John had great communications and was one of the best host I have ever experienced as he was all about ensuring we were enjoying our trip and had all we needed.

Absolutely perfect family setting!

Small details matter when you getaway with your family to relax and enjoy. This property had everything we needed inside and out. All things from a high chair to paddle boards, snorkeling gear, inflatables and beach toys were neatly organized in a nearby garage. The beach is at your feet through the back of the lanai and the pool is steps away from the front door. Everything is labeled and mapped out to make your stay completely turn key. The kitchen is thoroughly appointed and we did not need anything but our own food & drink. A fantastic supermarket (Fosters) with an extensive self-serve buffet is 7 minutes away. There's a dive supply store 4 mins from the property and Red Sails Sports is located next door for diving, jet skis, hobie cats and watersports. Camana Bay is an easy walk for shops & restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. I thank them for offering a luxurious property and for all the little things they thought of to make our stay wonderful!

Spectacular Condo

I had high expectations - and the place exceeded them. Great location, Great Space. All the things one needs for a week in a condo (shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels....) were provided. Plus a welcome bottle of champagne!!

Wonderful

The property is very well appointed and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Everything that you would ever need for fun at the beach was available in the “garage”. The tennis / pickle ball court is available and extremely nice. The house is very roomy and comfortable. All parts of the island are easily accessible via short drives. John Ramsey was always quick to reply to answer any questions, he and the entire staff were very friendly and courteous. We were a family of eight ranging from 8 months to 72 years, we all are grateful to John and we highly recommend this rental.

7 Mile Splendor

This is our second time staying here. The condo is decorated and furnished beautifully. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. John Ramsey is very accommodating and is quick to answer any questions you may have regarding the condo or Island. We will definitely be staying here again.
