Hosts we're wonderful and accommodating. Helped us with arranging taxi transport from the airport. Use of a car and boat with the rental was amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as described. Property photos were current and up to date. The hosts Bob and Carole were an outstanding asset to our holiday. They were a vast wealth of information. They were easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The property was very clean, safe and came furnished with all the amenities needed. Great location. Fantastic pool. Fishing and beach very close. The property was very tropically landscaped with banana and coconut trees and numerous other flowering vegetation. We really enjoyed having the large van, kayaks, along with the skiff and optional larger boat. Eight days went by to fast. Thank you for sharing your home we had a lovely time.

This was a beautiful and well-equipped home. Communication was easy and the house exceeded all of our expectations. We enjoyed the pool, use of the kitchen and even the little boat! We did find a couple of the beds to be on a bit of the firm side for us, but everyone still got great sleep!

Bob Richard and Carole attended to everything Communication was top notch and every amenity taken care of. Couldn’t ask for more and would come back in a heartbeat. Island is lovely, beaches great, good food, access to boat and van, and people are wonderful. Came with 3 generations of family and was perfect.

Five-Night Stay — July 2026We stayed here for five nights in July 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The Erringtons were excellent communicators and always responded quickly. They arranged taxi service to and from the airport, provided clear and concise directions, offered helpful recommendations, and even contacted local residents to assist us with services.One of the highlights was a deep-sea fishing trip they helped arrange. The boat captain was able to pull right up to the ramp in the backyard, which made the experience extremely convenient.The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very accommodating. The air conditioning was running when we arrived and kept the house comfortable throughout our stay. Having the van included was also a huge benefit and made getting around the island much easier.Our arriving flight came in early, and they kindly allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. Our departing flight was later in the day, and they also accommodated us with a late checkout.We highly recommend this property and the Erringtons. Their communication, hospitality, and attention to detail helped make our stay easy and enjoyable.

We had an awesome time on our vacation. Robert and Carol were fantastic host, they were there for all our questions and any needs we had. The home is absolutely beautiful and the grounds just as nice. If we ever go to the Bahamas again we will definitely look them up.

Excellent vacation rental with beautiful view!

This property was fantastic! We used the mini van and boat that came with the property and would definitely stay here again! It was beautiful, centrally located and easy to access! We absolutely loved this vacation, start to finish!

Beautiful Location and accommodations

The Hosts Bob, Carol and Richard were extremely pleasant. House was immaculate, location was beautiful and very relaxing. Should we venture back to the Bahamas again we would definitely rent this property again.

Fun Trip!

We had a great trip to the Bahamas, and this house was a good base. We enjoyed using the boat and kayaks and the car to get around, and snorkeling in the canal was fun too.

Hi. This was a fabulous set-up and a great host. We went into it knowing they would be staying in the house boat next door, which is a bit quirky, but, in the end, turned out to be incredibly helpful. Richard was incredibly responsive (including saving the day on Christmas with a wine delivery!) and communicative. The skiff boat and car are icing on the cake. We also rented the larger boat for the day, which was epic. Well appointed place and really appreciated the hosts.

Absolutely fantastic property and hosts!

The pictures don't do this property justice!! It was an AMAZING rental and was very close to all amenities. Bob and Carole were excellent hosts and pointed us in all the right directions to experience the island. Perfect for couples or large groups!

Perfect retreat

Our party of 5 stayed here for a 1 week get-together and everyone agreed it was perfect! Convenient and clean, with comfy beds and furniture. Quiet and relaxing. Would love to return!

Perfect for a Bahamas Fishing Trip

We rented the home with a group of 14 friends (mostly couples) for a fishing trip (arriving by boat). The house amenities were great and the location was perfect to fit our needs. Plenty of space to park our boats. We really enjoyed the pool and the large living spaces.

Very Relaxing Stay

We stayed here after getting married in Nassau. It was very relaxing. The pool is a wonderful touch. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. The location was great as well. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. While they do stay nearby I felt like we had a lot of privacy. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great vacation rental property!

This is a wonderful vacation rental. It was clean, spacious, and up to date. Three couples shared this home and found we had plenty of room. Beautiful decorated, large kitchen was well equipped. The owners take a lot of pride in their home and want your stay to be perfect. We would definitely rent this home again!

Relaxing and inviting

Bob, Carol and Richard are great hosts, from answering my questions before our stay, to the easy check in to enjoying their lovely property. Our family of 8 adults 2 three year olds and 2 one year olds their home provided the perfect family holiday. We really appreciated the use of there van and boat a very nice touch. Cheers

Super Awesome!

No complaints here! The house was fantastic as were Bob & Carole. They left contact information for a taxi driver, boating, and various things to do on the island. The house is very clean, cozy beds, and had all we needed. Great outdoor space as well. The pool was a bit on the chilly side but refreshing, didn't keep us out.

Beautiful waterfront pool home!

Bob and Carol have a beautiful home and is perfect for a large group. We had 9 people in our party and had plenty of room. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need. The pool/deck area are gorgeous and is where you will spend the majority of your time. Bob and Carol were excellent hosts. I highly recommend their house.
