The second story master is accompanied by an expansive balcony that overlooks the estate. Sun bathing and entertaining are ideal. Three guest bedrooms with en suite and adjacent full baths join the spacious living room and eat-in country kitchen (viking appliances) on the first floor. Upstairs, the second master and en suite guest room await. Gorgeous gardens, verdant lawn and outdoor music envelop the inviting pool area with adjacent babbling brook and top of the line Viking grill. Beautiful biking to the best beach in the Hamptons. Strolling distance to restaurants, shopping and the Jitney puts the finishing touch on this rare summer rental with an extended season possible.

Elegant Home South of Highway

Elegant and tastefully decorated cottage located just south of Montauk Highway. The beach is 1.5 miles away but allows parking for residents only. There are other beaches in the area allowing parking for non-residents. The home is very comfortable and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and pool in back yard. The owner was a great host who was very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous well appointed home!

This home was excellent! It was quiet, beautiful, well appointed, and extremely relaxing. The pictures don't do it justice - the house is more beautiful in person. The owner was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this rental!

Great house!

Great location and the layout of the house was perfect! It's very nice in photos, but even better in person! The owner was very accommodating and whoever rents this house is sure to enjoy it!

Beautiful house in a great location

My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary here with three other couples and we had a really nice time. The house is beautiful - well maintained and the lay out was great for summer entertaining. The yard and pool area feel secluded. We loved being able to ride our bikes to the beach. Our only complaint was that one of the bikes provided was a little tired but other than that, our stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Great Location for Family Getaway

We were looking for a place to do a "Baby Hamptons" trip with another couple and 3 grandparents and found this wonderful location. The house is very well done and the floorplan and location made it perfect for our 10 day trip. The 5 bedrooms, with 3 king beds and a queen, were great for us since no one had to sacrifice comfort. Additionally, the layout with an additional master suite and guest bedroom upstairs gave both families privacy when needed (plus we were able to keep some distance between the babies in case of night wakeups ...). The master suite downstairs is gorgeous and spacious. It's also somewhat removed which gives great privacy. While the layout allowed for privacy, the kitchen with its large square table, the spacious living room, and the large outdoor seating area, were great places for us to come together when we wanted to. The pool was also heated, a must, and the house was well outfitted with ample towels, supplies and our pillows/bedding were exceptionally comfortable. Location wise, it was great and close to East Hampton town, beach, Wolffer Estate, and lots of great food options (e.g., The Seafood Shop, Twice Upon a Bagel, Levain Bakery). We've historically only done weekends in the Hamptons, but staying the week was a wonderful experience. We were able to easily dine at Crowe's Nest, Surf Lodge, Ruschmeyer's, etc. and spend two days at East Hampton beach (non-permit parking during the week). Having the washer/dryer upstairs was also a plus. Overall would definitely recommend this location for families and for extended getaways.
