- Timeshare Villa for Rent: You're inquiring about renting a timeshare villa and the availability changes by the hour.

A USVI government environmental/infrastructure impact fee of approximately $25 USD per villa per night is payable to the resort. Elevator modernization project underway through April of 2028. Anticipate noise and elevators to be out of order.
