Cedars 21 Ski In Ski Out 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, Hot Tub, Electric car charger
Location, location, location! Ski-in, ski-out convenience — as well as a spacious, beautifully remodeled town home featuring quality craftsmanship and plenty of amenities. You’re literally a 50-yard walk from the slopes, ski school meeting area, ski rentals and lift tickets. Private, teen and adult ski lessons meet right in front of the townhome. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. There is a year-round stream right out front. In the summer, we love to sit by the stream and have a BBQ. Electric 220 amp car charger outlet available for plug in for you vehicle in the garage. You just need to bring your charging cord.
You must also visit the Recreation Center. It has a kids pool with slide, lazy river, etc. It also has an adult lap pool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor jogging track, skateboard park, rock climbing wall, etc, etc!
As the saying goes, you come for the winters and stay for the summers. Summer is truly incredible in Breckenridge. High temps of 75 degrees with no humidity! Right outside the door you have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The Blue River runs right thru town and is good for fly fishing, rafting, and rock climbing.
You’ll love this home’s a wide, bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. The living area has lots of comfy seating for a movie on the large LCD TV, games with the kids, or just relaxing conversation. Rustle up some après ski snacks or a special mountain dinner in the gourmet kitchen; there’s a beautiful dining table with seating for eight.
The unit has its own hot tub so you can soak away any sore muscles. You’ll also enjoy access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a two-car attached garage. There’s also a first-come, first-serve parking lot for other vehicles. And, the town of Breckenridge is just a short 5-10 minute walk away with shopping, restaurants and great nightlife.
You won’t find a nicer ski-in, ski-out condo in Breckenridge at this price. Your family or group will thank you for booking your vacation at Cedars 21!
During the ski season your Breckenridge lift tickets are also valid at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. You might consider trying the night skiing at Keystone. There is a shuttle service back and forth to each of the resorts. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also tubing and skating.

Amazing location!! That is the real beauty of this condo - truly right on the slope and easily walkable to downtown. The place was well stocked and the owner was incredible. I’ll note the beds could have been a little more comfortable but that’s about my only complaint. Hope to return another time!

Beautiful, comfortable home with everything we could have needed. In walking distance to town, slopes and trails. Hosts were wonderful! Perfect fall retreat spot for our family trip. Looking forward to staying again sometime!

Truly the best location and value on peak 9 (Cedars as a whole is great, but this is the best location within the Cedars complex). Not only that, this unit is more updated than other Cedars units we’ve stayed at in the past - and is one of the only ones with an in-unit hot tub. Kathy was a communicative host, and everything was smooth and easy. Ski-in / Ski-out is never going to cheap in Summit county, but when you factor in the market and the options available…. This qualifies as incredible value. If we end up doing another trip next year, this will be “option 1-A” without a doubt.

Our best stay in Breck!
Phenomenal condo, fully equipped with anything a family would need. Location is perfect! Our family had a great time and I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else. Thank you Kathy!

Fantastic townhouse and location
Perfect spot! Just SW of Breck where you are walking distance to everything downtown but also to some wonderful trails. Well stocked and wonderful community. Hope to stay here again!

Amazing location!
Our stay at Cedars 21 was excellent! The condo was great, Kathy was super helpful and made everything easy and the location was amazing - lift is right outside of the front door!
We would love to return next year.

The unit was beautiful and immaculately clean. The owners are awesome. We had a wonderful Fathers Day weekend with our 10 year old grandson. Would definetely recommend!

Best Place to Stay in Breck
Cedars 21 is the best place to stay in Breck. True ski in and ski out. Close to town. Private hot tub. Amazing host in Kathy. We will be back.

Wonderful location and amazing host
As so many others have said, the location of this property is awesome! It’s a true ski-in ski-out. The apartment has a cool layout and is super comfortable. It’s well appointed as well. Kathy, our host, was super friendly. Really a great experience for our family. I highly recommend.

Great week
Truly a ski-in, ski-out experience. So easy, and the closest unit in this complex to the slopes. Inside was great, everything we needed, and the kids loved the hot tub. Would rent again here.

Perfect location!

Great location. Easy ski in ski out. Walking distance to all of the ski school and village. The house was super responsive at all times.

Amazing location for skiing!
This condo was perfect for a group of 6! It was exactly as described.. plus very clean and comfortable. The master overlooked one of the ski lifts. The hot tub was a perfect ending after a full day of skiing. Very close to multiple restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back!

Family ski trip
Kathy was an excellent host. Cedars 21 is an amazing location at the base of peak 9. It is a true ski in and ski out location, close to a lift and the ski school. The listing is exactly as described. The townhome was in excellent condition. We would love to stay again for a weekend ski trip.

Wonderful Christmas
My husband and I , and our 2 daughters and son-in-law’s stayed over Christmas . Location could be better for ski in/ out . Walk to downtown! Kitchen perfect . Will book again in the future !

Great find
This was a great location. Easy access to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. We liked that you could walk to town so easily as well. We were traveling with our 3 adult children, and the townhome easily accommodated us all. The property is clean, well stocked, and had a nice large table as well as den area with gas fireplace. Kathy was super to work with and stayed in touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Ski Spot
Excellent location. You walk out the front door to ski to lifts. We did not have a car and did not need one. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. 100% recommend

The four of us have been friends since our children were babies. We have always enjoyed traveling together both in summer and winter. Our families have shared many ski vacations together so it seemed only natural that one day we would buy a ski condo. The kids are grown up now but we enjoy spending as much time as possible in Breckenridge.

When we decided to buy a condo we looked all over Breckenridge but kept coming back to the Cedars. It's the perfect combination of ski in, ski out and an easy two block walk to town.
