2-BR Condo at the Plantation Golf and Country Club

Our condo is located in the Plantation Golf and Country Club in beautiful Venice, Florida. Venice is a beautiful, quaint little town with everything you need for a great vacation. Sports, antiquing, and sightseeing are but a few of the activities you will enjoy in this great town. Several area beaches are only a short drive from our home. And no matter what your culinary preference, the restaurants are fantastic. I have a 2nd condo also advertised through VRBO located in the same building. Please check out VRBO #180756 for a look at my other condominium.

And for those of you who enjoy biking, Venice has many lovely bike paths including Sunset Park, Manasota Beach, and Venetian Waterway Legacy Trail.

Great location and great condo

Our stay was great. Condo is in great location. Super clean condo. Mike was great to work with and very helpful with all are questions. Anyone staying in Mike’s condo will love it. Would stay here again. Great experience. Thank you Mike and Nancy. Eva and Richard

review of 1035 Wexford Blvd

My husband and I rented for the months of March and April, 2016. Everything was delightful - quiet, clean, neat, attractive, everything at your fingertips, very well equipped condo. The Plantations is lovely, the clubhouse, dining, golf and tennis amenities are excellent. Besides the club pool there is a lovely pool right next to the condo building, beautifully landscaped as well. The owners, Mike and Nancy are very nice and very friendly, and responsive to any questions or needs you may have. We will be renting again. Our favorite beach is Nokomis beach which is about a 15 minute drive. There are other beaches in the area as well. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Downtown village in Venice is very nice - lots of shops and restaurants - near Venice beach. Close enough to downtown Sarasota to make a trip - about 35 minutes.

Excellent

Condo was spotless and as presented. We were there for the month of March 2015. The owner, Mike Gervase had everything organized beautifully for us. Mike was also most accommodating, helpful and a good communicator. This is a most enjoyable, quiet, secure complex with very easy and friendly people. We will be back. HEA, Ontario

Fabulous clean condo

We stayed here for 2 months July and August. It was me my daughter and 2 granddaughters ages 5 years old and 9 months old. The baby was able to crawl so we let her crawl on carpets because they were so clean. The place is spotless. The furniture and bedding is very comfortable. The owners Mike and Nancy were very helpful. All it took was a phone call away and they attended to every need we had. This place is home away from home. I would rent it again and again. Highly recommend it. It's close to all but you need a car..

Plantation Condo

Condo is very clean and well furnished. Owner is very responsive to questions and attentive to needs. Condo near to restaurants, golf and downtown Venice. Would highly recommend to friends.
