Beautiful, bayside, second floor condo in uptown Ocean City, MD. It is an end unit with a large wrap around balcony that provides distant views of the ocean and the bay. Covered parking under the unit and an elevator allows you to enter the unit sheltered from the weather. Inside the unit there is a large kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utensils and even large pots for steaming shrimp, clams or crabs.The living room has a gas fireplace to enjoy on cool evenings. There are three bedrooms (K,Q,T) and two bathrooms. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and one rollaway bed is also available. The unit has 3 TVs and 3 DVD players. Free WiFi is available.
There is a full size washer and dryer across from the kitchen. In the hall leading to the unit there is a storage locker available for your use. There are 8 beach chairs, a beach cart and a few sand toys. Beach towels are not provided. So, if you are at least 25 years of age and staying in the unit, pack your linens and consumables and head to OC. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Keyless entry. You will be assigned a 4-digit code. If the deadbolt is on, cleaning has not been completed. Return later.
Cleaning fee of $150 added to total. From June 13 to September 12 there is a 7-night minimum. There is a 3-night minimum all other time periods.
VRBO will be collecting and submitting a 6% state tax. The 5% county tax will be collected by VRBO, forwarded to the owner to submit to the county.

Comfortable & Relaxing

Great location with Northside Park outside your door. Nicely furnished with great sleeping options depending on your group.

Wonderful location!

We stayed over Easter and loved the place. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Very clean with comfortable beds. Owner was readily available if we needed anything. We hope to return again.

Ocean City Getaway

This property was fantastic, more than I expected. Furnished with everything we needed, and more! Kitchen had anything you needed. Pool was great, and property was quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Post Quarantine get-away!

We’ve stayed in dozens of OC rentals over the years and Myrna’s apartment is one of, if not the one, we enjoyed the most. Immaculate, well stocked, comfortable and in an ideal location. Myrna is wonderful to work with - responsive, informative and friendly. We look forward to staying there again!

Condo in OC MD

We really enjoyed our stay over New Years weekend! The condo was the perfect spot for the Winterfest Light display and the fireworks at midnight. It would also be a great spot in the summer with a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well kept and in great order! We definitely would consider staying here again!

Great place!

Stayed here in May 2018 for a wedding. The unit is spacious and clean, like actually clean. Huge closets to put your stuff in. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, perfect size. Loved the wrap around balcony and ocean and bay views. Super easy parking, right up the stairs to the unit. Owners were so easy to work with and accommodating. We loved it. I can imagine in season it could get loud as you're on a busy street to North Side Park. That's the only con I can come up with! Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend for youth soccer tournament

Great convenient location… quiet neighborhood adjacent to gorgeous huge public park! Access could be a challenge for some steps to property or elevator with bit of a distance .

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

This is a wonderful property. Look no further for your family’s Ocean City vacation rental! Great location with walkability to many restaurants, shops, and Northside park! The owner was very responsive and fabulous to work with too!

Perfect Week

We had a wonderful week! We have been staying at Lorelei properties for years and love OC. Perfect location, great pool and convenient to everything! Myrna’s place was beautiful, clean and she was easy to communicate with!

The location was ideal- our 6 year old grandson loved the Park next door!! Dining, shopping, & the Beach were all easily available within blocks of the condo.

Great family vacation

The owner is very responsive, the property was clean, and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay here. It’s a great location for a family and easy access to the beach. We also loved the park located across the street. I would definitely recommend this property for a family getaway to the beach!

6 moms enjoyed an extended weekend here. The pictures don’t do this place justice! Way nicer than expected. Covered parking. Walk to beach. Walk along strand! Myrna is lovely!

What a great find!!!

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for and exactly listed on VRBO. The views of the bay and ocean, the wrap around balcony, fully stocked kitchen, easy off street covered parking, nice size rooms with plenty of closet space. The only thing I would recommend would be a better King mattress or maybe a mattress topper. As tired and busy as we were, there was no problem sleeping though. Thank you!!!
