Get Out and Enjoy the Sun Again.....

You will not be disappointed with this south beach 'beauty'. As it's new owners we have renovated this unit with the attention to detail! You can look forward to new hardwood and tile flooring throughout, new paint, stainless appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and linens. With approximately 1000 square feet, this spacious condo can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The main living area features an open floor plan which includes- a large fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances; a dining area that includes a high-top table and jute rug; and a generously-sized living room which is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, rattan chairs, and a flat screen TV with DVR and HBO. Triple sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the large front deck which is an added bonus for entertaining.

The master bedroom showcases a beautiful queen size cherry bed with linen/lattice headboard. A matching side table and entertainment chest with flat screen TV completes the room. The master en suite has a full tub/shower, along with a roomy closet.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a white cottage-style queen bed,chest, and flat screen TV. It is conveniently located adjacent to the hall bath.

For your convenience, the hall laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Covered parking for 2 vehicles is available directly under the condo.

Please note that we do not provide beach chairs, towels, or coolers.

Guests must be 21 years of age to book the property.

Check In is at 4:00 pm and Check Out is at 11:00 am. Earlier times may be granted based on availability.

This was one of the very best vacation rentals I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable, had everything needed and in a safe/quiet complex. Messaged the host once who replied immediately. We will definitely go back to Tybee Island (absolutely loved the area) and will book with James again.

We loved our stay! The condo was in a fantastic location — we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The décor was charming, and everything was very clean. We’d definitely recommend both the condo and the location.The only downside was the noise from the unit above us; the guests were quite loud at times and it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

Perfect Condo

We arrived early and James was kind enough to let us access the property earlier than check-in time. The condo was clean and amenities were as advertised. A short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops made it a perfect place to stay. We didn’t have to use our car at all. 10/10 would stay here again!

Easy access to everything!

This was the perfect location for what we went to Tybee for. Quick little walk to the beach and restaurants. Very comfortable place to stay. We would definitely book it again!

70th Birthday trip

My husband turned 70 and we celebrated at Tybee Island with our oldest daughter, her husband and two daughters ages 9 and 10. Everything was perfect. The condo was perfect in every way. There was a small glitch that was resolved quickly. I would recommend

Perfect Spot!

This condo is in a great location on Tybee Island; we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants, and bike route. It was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. We really appreciated having coffee filters available, extra blankets and towels, and games to play. Great place!

Beautiful island getaway

This property is so nice and spacious, with the owner anticipating anything you could wabt and beyond. Our group of 4 friends spent a very comfortable long weekend. The condo had anything we could want and was immaculate! Easy drive to Savannah. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The beach was perfect! Would definitely book this property again!

First Tybee Trip

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. The Condo is just as listed. Short walk to the beach. A/C went out one day and owner had someone over same afternoon to fix minor electrical issue with unit. Overall great experience and would recommend.

My first VRBO experience

This property has set the bar very high for all future bookings! The cleanliness, quality of linens and pillows and all the amenities made for a very memorable family vacation. Location so convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Able to enjoy everything in walking distance. Our whole family want to return annually. Five stars all the way!

All in all our stay was outstanding. But the people sharing parking did nnot do well . They blocked me in because they did not pull all the way in their spot. had to wake them up because I had a wedding to get too.

Tybee Island Getaway

Loved it! Bedrooms are are located in the back of condo, so it is super quiet at night. We were provided with all amenities listed, including boogie boards if we wanted to use them. Close to the beach, restaurants and little shops. Parking is great! Very nice that there are TVs in both bedrooms. LOTS of closet space!! We would recommend in a heartbeat!!

You will in love with the relaxed, small beach town atmosphere of Tybee Island. The drive is only about 4 hours from Atlanta which makes it even better! The best thing about Tybee is that it is a family-friendly, safe beach that you make you instantly feel comfortable and at home. Additionally, It is close to Savannah, making day trips into town easy. There are many historical sites that are in and around the Island, as well as great local restaurants, bars, and shops.
