Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay with two families in this house. Its very spacious and the pool is super. Gabriel was a good host, very helpful and responsive

Fantastic Villa perfect for family holiday

Spent 10 days with family, 5 of us all all adults. Villa has everything you would want for a excellent holiday then add to that the fantastic pool set in amazing grounds filled with various types of trees including oranges and avocados. No other orange juice will ever match up again. There are plenty loungers to enjoy the sun and a large table on veranda to enjoy family meals in the shade. Area is remote to the local town of coin but we had no issues with the slightly bumpy road. Amazing skys at night, and I loved an early morning swim just as sun is rising when day is still relatively cool. Would love to return one day.

Lovely villa and gardens

Gabriel booked us into his villa at the last minute after we were let down by another villa. The house is very clean and very well furnished. The gardens and swimming pool are amazing. Very spacious and the location is great. In the countryside but central to everything. Gabriel is really helpful and makes sure that everything is ok during your stay. The only negative is that it would be great if there was a full oven and not just a mini one but otherwise fab property. Kids thought the pool was the best we had ever had . Thank you for rescuing our holiday from a disaster.

Last minute get away

Villa was clean and well equipped. Pool was a great size and garden very large. We all had a fantastic time at the villa and would recommend it to others. Supermarkets are close and beaches within 30 mins. A couple of ideas for improvement - there is standard size fridge / freezer but for 8 people this is not big enough for drinks and food so a second fridge would be a bonus. Also a cool box for trips out would be useful as we could not find any in the shops nearby and wanted to take picnics to the beach etc. the outside space is lovely but the main table only seats 6 (you can add to it with a smaller table) and there is no shade over the pool until 5pm. There is no aircon in the bedrooms and as it was very hot the week we were there they got hot and stuffy but the description does state that aircon is only in the living area and imagine it’s fine if the temperature is lower.

We will install extenders on the table to make it bigger and we will make a cool box available to customers to go to the beach. Todo un acierto!!

Hemos pasado 10 días estupendos, disfrutando a tope de la casa. La zona exterior está muy cuidada y hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Como le da el sol durante todo el día, la temperatura del agua es muy agradable. Todos los días se echaban los chavales un partidito al ping-pong. La mesa del porche es grande y como hacía muy buen tiempo, pudimos desayunar y cenar todos los días fuera de la casa. La única pega, por poner algo, es que aunque el porche está techado y tiene un par de estores, da el sol durante el desayuno y se hubiera agradecido tener otro par de estores que lo evitaran. Una de las personas del grupo tiene movilidad reducida y ha podido manejarse muy bien tanto dentro como fuera de la casa. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo el menaje que podíamos necesitar y en muy buen estado. Tan sólo nos resultaron escasos los tazones para el desayuno.. Si en un futuro repetimos zona de vacaciones, seguro que volveremos a esta casa.

Hemos pasado dos semanas en la casa. El jardín y la piscina son fantásticos. Casa muy bonita, entorno muy agradable y tranquilo. Los propietarios nos atendieron muy bien para todo lo que necesitamos. Ideal para familias con niños.

Excelente villa

Una villa excelente en todos los sentidos. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia en un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de coin. La casa muy limpia, no le falta de nada, muy bien equipada y mantenida con un jardín precioso y una piscina fantástica. Gabriel, su propietario, una persona muy amable. La única pega.... no haber podido disfrutar de más días.

Really beautiful place with great, unique atmosphere. Big garden and house where you can have your own privacy also with bigger group. Everything was just perfect. In Coin, 2 km, you can find grocery stores and also bigger shopping cenre. 20-40 minutes drive to the coastal cities.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Wonderful villa amongst a beautiful orange grove. Large swimming pool with shaded areas and great BBQ, table tennis, table football, TV, etc. Our family of 6 loved it- we really can't fault it!

Parfait

Ce séjour passé dans cette belle propriété nous a enchantés. Le propriétaire est très attentif aux moindres besoins. L'équipe est complet même pour cuisiner. Il y a tout le matériel pour garder la piscine propre, ainsi que petite maisonnette équipée d'une machine à laver et d'un WC, ce qui est très pratique en dehors de la maison. Le lieu est très calme. La climatisation nous a permis de passer de bonnes nuits malgré les fortes chaleurs. Nous recommandons totalement cette villa et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

una semana inolvidable

hemos pasado una semana inolvidable en esta casa,es justo lo que estábamos buscando. reúne tranquilidad comodidad relajación y al mismo tiempo diversión(piscina futbolin ping pong y campo de fútbol). su sitacion es inmejorable esta cerca de marbella a 20 min y de málaga a 30 min. nos encanto su decoración ,esta perfecta limpia y no falta de nada,tiene todo lo que se necesita en cuanto a menaje y utensilios,se puede comer dentro o fuera de la casa. el dueño es agradable muy atento y el trato con el es excelente. y lo que también nos enamoro de ella es el jardín con todos los arboles. la verdad fue una semana inmejorable,nos hemos quedado con las ganas de volver. y volveremos.

Villa pereila

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ou rien ne manque, très propre et spacieuse.Un dépaysement total pour nous qui venions du nord de la France.un grand merci à Gabriel pour son accueil . Nous avons profiter d'une grande piscine ou l'eau et chaude, et n'oublions pas les oranges que l'on peut cueillir pour se faire d'excellent jus le matin,enfin un séjour génial.

Good location to visit a lot of sites around

Good location, you can achieve a lot of sites around. Highly recommend to visit Nerja Cave, Selwa Aventura (especially, for families with kids), Ronda (take your time to enjoy a spectacular view in National Park on your way back or forward) and Gibraltar (take a guided tour!).

Perfektes Haus für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet, an der Außenanlage samt Pool gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der Garten ist voller Orangenbäume, die beerntet werden dürfen. Der Eigentümer war auch nach verspäteter Ankunft unsererseits nach kurzer Zeit zur Stelle, um uns zum Haus zu bringen und uns die Finca zu über geben. Die Lage ist gut als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungstouren in alle Richtungen geeignet. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Magnifique situation près d'un Rio.

La maison est d'une parfaite propreté, tout est à disposition, l'endroit est entouré de verdure, le jardin est magnifiquement arboré. Tout est prévu pour passer de très belles vacances. La piscine est régulièrement contrôlée. Au départ du site il est possible de faire de très belles excursions. Vraiment à conseiller, nous n'avons pas été déçus et espérons y revenir peut-être l'année prochaine. Et en plus le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Tolles Haus und sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 12 Tage in dieser schönen Villa. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe! Das Haus ist sehr schön, nicht luxuriös, eher Landhausstil, und sehr sauber. Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi etc. sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Strände sind in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gabriel war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte unsere Fragen jederzeit sofort beantworten. So soll es sein! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollten ggf. ein paar Neuanschaffungen getätigt werden (Töpfe, Pfannen, Kochutensilien). Insgesamt eine tolle tolle Unterkunft auch für Kinder! Danke Gabriel!

Alles gut. Eins der drei Badezimmer im Poolbereich (sep. Gebäude). Esstisch draussen eher für 6 Personen, mit Beistelltisch kein Problem mit 7 Personen.

the villa fulfilled all expectations. the pool area and yard were lovely. the little ants in the kitchen made a fuss at first, but then we learned to protect our bread from them. we would also have liked the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the nights were really hot.

2019 Family holiday

We stayed at Gabriel's property for 12 days. The property is brilliant. Finished to a great standard, has everything you will need for your stay. The pool is ideal for a family holiday. The property is flawless. The location means you must have a car, not a lot of options for walks at night as no street lights and if walking during the day you need to be aware there are a lot of the dogs in the area. Coin is a Spanish town not a traditional tourist resort, it has some really nice restrauants and plenty of supermarkets. It's a very welcoming and friendly town. We had a car and did a fair bit of exploring to a number of the more traditional Costa Del Sol holiday spots, which was great for us as we enjoy seeing new places, road network made this very easy. Great seeing new places but equally great going back to the villa to chill by the pool, use the outside BBQ, playing some table tennis and relax. If you want to escape from the world and chill out this villa gives you that option. The property and the grounds are very impressive. Gabriel is very helpful and responsive if you need anything. As a family we would go back we had a great holiday.

Woning is ruim en heeft alles voor een mooi verblijf. Zwembad heerlijk. Ligt afgelegen maar niet op een stille plek. Blaffende honden van naast gelegen huizen en zaag-graafmachines bij de bijna droge rivier aan het werk.

Thanks for your comment on the house and the pool. The last rain in the river fell on a tree and that is why they were cutting firewood, it has been a punctual thing. The house is located in a very quiet place as they say many other customers who have been in our house.
