As stated in our listing, the home accommodates up to eight guests with one king bed, two queen beds, and a sofa bed. We understand that a sofa bed does not provide the same sleeping experience as a traditional mattress, but it is offered as an additional sleeping option for larger groups. We appreciate you bringing the minor maintenance items to our attention. The light bulb replacement and grill brush have both been addressed. As noted in our listing, our mountain home is not equipped with air conditioning. The home is constructed with 6-inch insulated foam-core wall panels, which provide excellent thermal performance. During the summer, keeping the windows and blinds closed during the day, opening the windows at night, using the living room ceiling fan, and allowing the home’s humidistat-controlled ventilation fans to operate helps maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
